the market: stocks, bonds, options, whatever

Guys how did you stomach yesterday?? at 1,000 down on the down, I stopped watching to learn the close was up!!
The rescue can fron a frew very Large institution placing money in a Market they are not sure of.
There is way TOO much capital in the world Market at the moment 5-10 years worth of :
In 2020 the increase of $3.38 trillion equates to 18 per cent of the total supply of dollars. It means almost one in five dollars was created in 2020

i got some "don't panic" alprazolamail from the broker but otherwise weathering it in the black. most of my maple holdings are doing well, and there's enough to counterbalance the U.S. bedshitting extravaganza.

A lot of the small Canadian companies in the space are pump-and-dumps. From experience, I'd stick to Mindmed and Atai. Maybe the PSYK ETF as well.

Mindmed (MNMD) up 25% today on FDA greenlight to move forward with a phase 2b trial of LSD for Generalized Anxiety Disorder. First LSD trial in over 40 years.

it's a buck 17 and i paid 3 bucks for it :bs:
Yeah, but if they become the first company to get LSD or another drug FDA approved for specific things, then they'll be first to market and have a monopoly until a competitor gets approved.

If nobody else gets approved before their patent expires, then they'll have a long runway to rack up sales for years before other companies can start making LSD under a generic brandname for Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

im already ahead by dumping SOL and jumping on ENJ instead of sitting on SOL

i spent $1k on SOL at 140....so that went all the way down to 90 which made my 1k to around 650....so i sold the SOL at 96, which is still only 97 today, and then bought ENJ at 1.52 and it's already 1.65 a day later

sometimes i make good moves

Once I'm in, I'm HODL. May cash in some BTC at 100K, other than that, it's going towards property. I'm feeling a hotel bar, but that's a lot of upkeep. and a big step ahead from staring at a computer screen and drinking all day. I had a name for it, I forget.

jumping ship and converting to another coin is how i get out of a mistake pretty much every time

i did that with TEL - i lost half of that, then jumped ship to LUNA at 22 and it 4x to 88....i think that's down to 62 now - but im still far ahead on that

and then when i bailed on ADA at 2.23 and dumped more on MATIC - that was another good move

MATIC is my lead dog - about 75% of my holdings are in there

You're a trader.

But it's still a good hedge.

I have a pile of silver coins. I gave a dime to a beer baron around here. It's worth about $1.70. and it can be treated as like owning part of a stock of a company that doesn't trade. The quarters and dimes are real, junk silver. But some of the rounds I have I question cuz they weigh more than a troy ounce 31.1g.
