The making of GHB

so here is the thing: I want to make GHB I found the recipe and I want some questions to be answered

1. Is this a good recipe ?

2.I dont quite understand the 6th step in that recipe, it says to fill measuring cup with water to 1000 ml, but I dont think total content (120ml GBL, 63 grams of sodium hydroxide and a cup of distilled water) makes 1000ml

3.how much water should I add according to 5.5. step?

3. Is this a proper GBL to use?

4. Is it dangerous to take oxytocin nasal spray and GHB/GBL at the same time?
