any v-day theme plans?

any plans for a v-day theme party? my girlfriend wants to go cuz i told her all about the party scene and she seems pretty interested. so i want her first time to be as great as mine was. i just wanna break this first timer in right. peace
 
unfortnately i wont be here to plan it, but i will try to get something worked out. we do have a cd release party coming up in feb

See - we want to come out on friday's, it's really the better night when you look at recovery and having to work at 5am on monday morning - but none of them other guys want to go - i think you need to do that Iron Fist-rule thing again - punish all who dont go.

OR how about this, check it-yo. IF you go friday - you could get 1/2 off for saturday night! How do you like them apples?

HOW ABOUT a website for the axis.... not a free one either, one that you can promote and will show up on yahoo....... how about getting some flyers to some out of towners....... parties all the time in indy, cincy, cleve, chicago..... deep blue is having a party in feb, how bout some local collaberation and ask about promoting axis for an afterparty..... i mean, there are lost of thins that can be done.... people have shown up, the problem is getting them to come back........ i asked about a glowstick competition, they say people have to come continuously.,....... i say thats a reason for them to come, and to keep coming.... thats just one idea..... dance contest, amatuer dj night, a lot of the clubbers are artisits.... how about hanging up some of their shiza in the bar area???? have a couple theme parties.... example> its valentines> host a "techno prom"...... just for example....... host the top 5 at nine on djx and get a free plug..... BTW, its free to help host 502-571-9970...... have a charity night..... promote with flyer> bring a canned good for lah dee dah charity, get so much off admission..... did i mention local collaberation with other promotions???? they don't have a club, you guys do.... see how far that can take you, cuz they already have a good following....... anywayz, we're all in this scene together.... wrking for the greater good.... but im sure ibiza did not get celeb status overnight..... it just needs to be cultivated....... it will work.... keep the faith in youselves guys..... and galz =D
 
LP most of your ideas have been thought of before, and we're working on it, Dance contest, and Glow Stick contest are in the works and anyone who wants to try they're luck bring it this weekend and we shall see. We have to have a consistant following in order to do special things, if not then we would be doing it for a small group which yes every bit counts, but the money to pay for it would outweigh the pro's. As for the webpage, we already have one,

lp we are on the same level chickie. I was just thinking about all of this stuff. But its convincing people to get their heads out of their asses to do these things. And to see that stuff like this is what the clubs needs to climb to the top. You have to have something to offer to the crowd. And right now we have kick ass music and a great vibe. But that isnt cutting it. Once the same thing goes on every weekend people get bored and dont want to come back. I honestly think that we need to have some type of pre meeting at the club to see what people actually want out of the club. But hey im just a dj's girlfriend what do i know :/
 
I will have a few solutions by this weekend, write down your ideas and bring them to me and we will work something out.
