^^^you should copy that, add like 500 lines and get everyone at wicked to sign it..... then send it to the local news along with a story>leave us alone, we just want the freedom to be left alone..... we are not drunkards who like to fight outside, we are not making noise when we leave.... we just want a safe place to enjoy the music and the people we love.... all we want is to be left alone.... society does not accept that which society does not understand.... we are not asking for acceptance from society, we are asking for a break.... there are so many problems here in louisville.... why outcast the most peaceful and loving group we have.... why not stop the violence, or stop the crack and coke dealers..... there are great techno clubs in other cities.... why do you want to fuck with us?? aren't there murders to be solved???? the night slammers got shut down, i'm sure a child died as a result of a drunk driver, or someone was kidnapped, or someone was shot to death...... but instead the police were worried about a bunch of people listening to strange music and drinking water.... the night club one got shut down...... need i say more??? do not make us out to be criminals or a menace to society.... i am raising 2 children on my own... i am a damn good human being and i know that many of my friends are the same way.... be you a dj, a kandi kid, a junglist, what have you, we are all in this together.... choose your battles wisely, they say..... in this case, all we are are the high school geeks getting picked on by the bullies with a badge and a uniform.... wether we can change it or not, we will continue to fight the battle... and when people ask me what i would do if my daughter went to a rave, i simply tell them like it is..... my daughter knows all the words to rave heaven, im a raver, blow my whistle, miracle, and castles in the sky...... she can also liquid! so what would i say??? hell yeah, you go girl!!! keep in mind.... rave does not mean lets get all fucked up and sit by a speaker! to sum it all up.... RAVE=PLURR.... and i mean that for all

Speaking as the old lady who has been around the rave scene for 8+ years... I've seen that raver manifesto some time ago. While it's a nice idea, hon, I'm afraid human nature prevents it on such a scale. When you have more than 4 people together, there is always going to be drama...it takes a lot more than signing a piece of paper...

However, it is all in how we deal with it. Did someone say something nasty about you? DROP IT. Did someone spread a rumor about you? Correct it and move on, and don't talk about it.

Learning to let things go, the petty things that don't matter, will be the only thing that stops drama.

It's actually very easy. Do the right thing. Be concientious of others.

OK, so I'm sorry I jumped in on this thread late. I love you people. :)

Soo - umm..

Me and the lp - and some of our goons were up in DT saturday night - and we went to that one there club thingy... and it being the forth saturday... you know..

I guess.. what im kind of trying to say is... ermm.. you know - i there then went and opened that door thing and asked the wirdo drunk people if there was a dj playing at 4 - and they done gone went and said me "its next week".

So... umm... .. .. eh?
