ive found up in NE USA that all the brown heroin is shit these days while this off-white powder thats coming in is crazy. it dissolves so easily its like theres non or very little cut. ive heard at least two people calling it "diesel", but as few people sell dope on the streets i don't know much about different brand names. anyone else have any experience with this, and know whats up with the change?

I gotta go with forgotten on this one. You can't tell the quality of dope by its color. I've had some good white shit & I've had some good brown shit. You just have to buy a little at first to test the quality of the product. I've heard of Diesel but never tried it...

Twitching, that sounds like some of the dope that's been in Baltimore lately in vials with red caps.
It's definantly been some really good stuff.
It will dissolve completely within 2 minutes on it's own just by putting it in water. It changes the water to a slight brown tint.
However, the term "diesel" is just a general slang term for raw dope (meaning that if it's cut, it's still very high in purity).
I haven't actually heard it in a while, though.. not since 1998 when Baltimore was completely flooded with exceptionally high quality dope.
The best stuff I've been running into lately is very light tan rocks coming in vials with black and gold caps.
This stuff takes about 5 minutes to entirely dissolve on it's own, or just a minute if I'm stirring it with the vial.
It also changes the water to only a slightly brown tint.
As for brands, unfortunantly it's hard for me to be sure I'm accurately comparing to the rest of the country. In Baltimore everything goes by the color of the cap on the vials, not a brand name from the logo on a wrap or bag.

I have noticed that too! There has been a huge shipment of brown/tan stuff around here[PA]. and I think it pretty much sucks! But the white shit on the other hand is way better. This is only a guess, but I'm thinking the white stuff is a Fentynl base, where as the brown shit is just shitty dope!
