I just got back from my doc. He gave me 70 x Oxy IR 20s every 2 weeks for 6 weeks. He also gave me 20 x 0.5mg kpins. Now, when I was asking for the kpins I didn't mention that I also was due for a refill on 30 x 5mg valium. Just to be safe, I took the kpin scrip to a different pharmacy than where I was picking up the valium. Does this seem like something, strictly speaking, I could get in legal trouble for? (I am NOT asking for legal advice, just opinions on how "wrong" this was). Do you think it was "Not wrong at all", "slightly wrong", "in a grey area" or "wrong enough that I should go to jail"?

I ask because I am always honest with my doc and I feel I may have crossed a line.

If it is a legitimate prescription you're not breaking the law.

How "wrong" something is is a matter of personal opinion and is very subjective. If you were within the laws of your state/country/province/etc then its not "wrong". I'm not a lawyer so I can't tell you for sure.

These sort of questions are not BDD material, however.
