Now that weed is legal in the US, you can legally smoke weed on vacation to CO, then when you go back home, if your job drug tests you, they can still legally fire you for weed.
How is it within CO, can corporations still fire employees within CO for testing positive. If you live in a non legal state I guess they can. Will these laws ever change? Is there any impetus in the works to change them? I guess the federal law is what must change. It seems fucked up that the government can let you smoke pot/for medical or non medical, and then let you be fired. But you can be on 100mg of oxycodone at most jobs and they can't touch you legally
