Fried egg sandwich w/ tomatoes + salsa. Two cups of coffee.[/QU Mmm, that sounds good. I just washed down a bag of pretzels with a cherry icee and ate some twizzlers. Btw, I just read a study about people who eat while doing something else, people who shovel it down, and people who pay attention to what they're eating. The latter group ate 50 percent fewer snacks after. Pretty cool.
 
starting a little 4-Hour-Body action... 3 eggs + chicken breast + some whole-wheat pasta (not really the best for this 'diet', but better than white).
 
Ramen-like noodles made from "quality flour" with some nutritional yeast. Pissed that someone ate the last of my* chips before I could.

*Before someone calls me out on a pet peeve of mine, they were actually my chips as I paid for them. They were not bought "for the house." 8(

Oh, and did I mention they were organic blue corn chips? Not like they were fucking 99 cent garbage.

After my somewhat piggish binge, I am now eating a *little* bit less. Had two organic bananas, about to make some organic popcorn. :)

Mmmmmm, popcorn. Absolutely doused in garlic granules and garlic sea salt.
 
A few spoons of co-op gazpacho that was as bad as it was last year. What possessed me to think it would be different? People, it's not salsa! (whew, sorry) A banana and a blueberry greek yogurt.
 
Arizona's the brand. They have a million flavors and they come in giant cans for a dollar. My son likes the half-tea/half-lemonade, I like Mucho Mango. All loaded with HFCS, or sugar on crack.
 
This awesome stir-fry with eggplant, zucchini, green pepper, snap peas / green beans?, mushrooms, ...Can't remember what else, but it was goooood. Also had some delicious bread with it.
 
three egg scramble w/ salmon and black beans-- maybe a couple cups of coffee if it's sitting in the pot.
 
I've been up since 8, had two humongous mugs of coffee with lots of cream and am now sitting down with a banana/peach yogurt smoothie. I do seem to end up getting a lot of my calories from bevvies, but plan on eating solid food later on:D Ended up gently coercing my brother-in-law to grill out last night: ate half a bloody steak, some stirfry and indiscriminate leaves with lemon dressing. Delicious.

turkey burger & 2 cups coffee...

high protein, low carb diet = no anxiety from high-test coffee that would normally produce extreme jitters
