^ I keep meaning to try amaranth as a breakfast food--The last time I made it, I expected something like quinoa and was quite disappointed.

Whole wheat pasta with crushed tomatoes and black olives.
 
Had some raw asparagus while steaming some more, and cooked some ramen-like noodles made from "quality flour." LOL, don't know if I should trust 'em when it says there are nine servings when there are clearly 10 bricks of noodles! 8(
 
Whole wheat pasta and black bean salad.
Salad Consisted of: Cottage Cheese/Quark mixed with flaxseed oil + tomato + capsicum + red onion + english spinach + avocado.

Now that was tasty !!!
 
Steel cut oats with a banana and raisins.

Before that (since I always eat the above :P) I had blue corn chips with this concoction of a black bean burger (homemade but not by me) sauteed with scallions (green onions) and mushrooms. :D Also had some of the same chips with crushed tomatoes. Oh! And munched on some steamed asparagus while cooking the burger mixture.

For dinner I had rice mixed with carrot, egg, capsicum, black beans, red onion, garlic, brocoli, cabbage and a nice big egg on top!

My version of mie goreng!

Strange yet tasty chinese pasta + seaweed, cabbage, strange yet extremely delicious chinese mushrooms, tofu, spinach, something else which was green, garlic, tomatoes, chilli sauce.My idea of a good dinner!
