dinner #2 was heavy pasta with: tomato sauce, cream, cheeses, spices. Protein shake to wash it down, and 2 almond brownies w/ 1l water for desert.

dinner#3 will prolly be a ton of sunny-side eggs, cooked better than you could imagine.

^ Why are you eating 500 calories a day? How long do you plan on doing this?

Broke out of my normal eating habits to have:

Three slices of bacon pizza
Ten "fun" size candy bars, variety (bing, what a rush of sugar)
10 oz. Mello Yellow (I'm shaking from the caffeine!)

I can't wait to go back to eating vegetables and canned meats now.

A few weeks ago came off Suboxone, and when on that you don't exercise and really don't care enough to eat healthily, so gained a bit of weight. Not enough to be fat but enough to want to be skinny again, so decided to go on a punishing diet.

Have been doing it for about 2 weeks, and have lost a large amount of weight already. Can finally see abdominal muscles again.

Will probably keep it up for another few weeks. It's not so bad after a while as your stomach shrinks and so you feel a lot less hungry.

wow a crash diet while still in a stage of recovery?? that's...brave. i'd say 'misguided' but i don't know you and perhaps you know you can manage it. i'd just be focusing on setting up life, not dieting ;)

Punishing diet is not a healthy choice. Good luck keeping the weight off once you start to feed yourself properly.

bmxxx Your body is bangin'. Nice work.

i see what you mean, but if you mess around and relapse where will you be then? (i did a cold turkey from 2.5yrs of a heavy rx of oxy, so i.m not just talking outta my ass on this - staying off and setting up life should be prime focus right now, despite the urge to just go full-on, and i know that urge is strong as hell! i definitely felt something quite close to mania once i started being "normal" again ;P )

PI- thnx! nice hearing that from someone like you :)

'breakfast'
"fiesta rice" (black beans / white rice / corn / beans / red peppers. spices + butter)
protein shake thing (whey/yogurt/sugar)
~1l gatorade
several coffees

Last thing I ate was my turkey sandwich with whole brown bread. I am having balanced diet plan these days to maintain my body weight and to for this I am having diet plans with regular exercise. I have lost 35 lbs this year and now maintaining my body weight.

dinner was 3 decent sized lamb steaks with steamed beans, cauliflower, carrot and broccoli. followed by dessert which consisted of a home baked apple pie drenched in thickened cream and custard with a side serving of ice cream and mixed berries. followed by two warm, fresh donuts accompanied with a coffee and cigarette - morphine and diazepam munchies, hardcore.

^NOM NOM NOM!!! need to go grab moar pork, i've been doing pork roasts for pulled-pork weekly as of late. really getting my bbq sauce down tight ;PP

mcdonald's. need to figure out what's for "real" dinner #1

lol quite the opposite. I do my "nice" coffees in the morning; sometimes fuel is fuel and i need that caffeine. Should probably just grab caffeine pills next time i'm at walmart..

^^ Pork is easily the tastiest of all meats. I often find myself thinking how bad-ass it is.

Korean spicy BBQ pork with rice, seaweed, and sashimi (tuna, salmon, prawn, whiting) with candied ginger.

That was 20 hours ago now though, 4 more and can eat again. :p
