salad w/grilled flank steak
(baby spinach, yellow pepper, shredded carrots, celery, chickpeas, pepitas, cucumber, tomato)
Sundried tomato and garlic Organicville dressing
 
Soup, chicken, and some potatoes. I'm about to have some green tea & peanuts and i'm gonna eat like three more bowls of soup. Damn.
 
whole wheat pasta salad w/grilled chicken
red pepper, shredded carrot, celery, chickpeas, cucumber, tomato
mixed italian seasoning, minced garlic, a tbsp olive oil, and lemon juice into Organicville's Sundried tomato and garlic dressing
 
Avocado, chilli flakes and extra virgin olive oil on a toasted bagel. I could seriously eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner a couple of days a week.
