eating clean this week pretending I am an athlete as I have my 10K trail marathon this Saturday
 
organic chicken stir fry w/Chinese 5 spice and Soy Vay Teriyaki sauce (cauliflower, broccoli, minced garlic, sugar snap peas, red pepper strips), brown rice, 2 Stella Artois
 
Homemade vegan dal with jasmine rice and a orange-banana-chlorella smoothie. Suitable for the elderly and those recovering from surgery ;)
 
Foot long roast beef sandwich (with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, banana peppers and jalapeno peppers).
