funny, I made those for my family last night...

turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, red-pepper flakes, Stubb's BBQ sauce, salt & pepper w/ muenster cheese melted on top and eaten w/ a toasted bun w/ lettuce and more BBQ sauce.

then I had beer...

Well, yeah--All the impurities are gone. If I had a place to store the boiled water, I'd def. be boiling my water prior to drinking.

Best thing I got was a under sink dual cartridge water filter system which does down to 0.5 microns. After drink water from that it makes tap and bottled water taste crap.

How much did that cost you and how much will it cost you to maintain over the years? Boiling water is free minus the quarters is may cost you in gas/electric to heat the water.

I'm currently storing mine in old alcohol bottles. I didn't pay deposit on them, so might as well put them to good use! Glass is perfect to use.

Last had a stew of jasmine rice, kidney beans and spinach in a soy sauce and water mixture. Tasty!

Well it did cost a lot of pennies but in the house we go through a lot of drinking water ( kids, pets, cooking, etc). I would do a breakdown of cost but I AFAIK I'm not allowed to list prices (trying to get me in trouble )
For 1 or 2 people boiling water is practicable but for a family it's very time consumming.
