^Well at work all I have access to is a kettle most of the time so anything that I can just add boiling water too is a plus.

Grilled chicken thigh fillets marinated in olive oil, garlic and lemon with carrots, peas, corn and broccoli.

I tried something new today: calf's brains sauteed in butter with morel mushroom (harvested the mushrooms myself) soup and a Cherry Coke.

The noodles I'm talking about cook just as quick as ramen, so I see no reason you couldn't just add boiling water to them. :)

banana and grapefruit

just realized I shouldn't be mixing the two...
Why not?

Plain noodles with some black olives. I need to start taking a snack to work so I'm not so ravenous when I get home that I don't want to cook something nutritious...

something about combining acidic and non-acidic fruits is bad for your digestion... I didn't have any problems though

^ You've really gotta go with what works best for you. I've never had issues combining acidic and non-acidic fruits, or with combining fruits with dairy (when I ate it), and so on. If you ate following every little guild line, you'd probably starve.

You made me want some fruit. :P Got an apple, a banana, and a plum. Mmm.

the cream that rises to the top of cow's milk
raw meaning not pasteurized or otherwise fucked with.
straight from the cow!

I get plenty of real food (ie. whole, unprocessed foods) from the supermarket-- just not something that's steaming from the cow's udder. :P

Then again, I guess this is because I'm not huge on dairy-- not because I'm against non-homogenized foods.

i wasn't implying that youuu don't.

just saying that getting raw, organic, pasture raised milk/cream/cheese/butter, or meat raised like that for that matter is pretty difficult. the majority of what you find in the supermarket is scary processed, shipped from a foreign country, or both. almost none of what you find in a supermarket is local or from a small farm. it's all industrialized food operations, even the organic stuff.
