^ I pride myself in my mango-carving skills. My mango-eating skills are a little sloppier though and often end with a very sticky & messy belarki :S
 
Roasted baby red potatoes with garlic and rosemary
Carolina BBQ spice rubbed grilled pork tenderloin

* 2 tablespoons salt
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons ground cumin
* 2 tablespoons chili powder
* 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
* 1/4 cup paprika
 
The most fantastically satisfying salad ever: raw swiss chard (fresh from neighbor's garden), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, fresh apple, dried cranberries.

Washed down with a cold glass of homemade coconut milk, with a little cocoa powder stirred in.
 
^ Ah hah! So you can eat swish chard raw! Was told by a neighbor that you can only eat it cooked. (It is damn good in soups, btw.)

Last had these "authentic Chinese noodles." Picture the block of ramen noodles without all the nasty ingredients--That's what it was except the noodles were a bit thinner. Still realllllly good.
 
feeling hungry so I'm munching on some baby carrots... being a good boy before bed.
 
^ I prefer the mommy & daddy carrots, TBH. Much more flavor. Or, maybe I just got a lame batch of baby carrots.

Yep. You've just got to "wilt" them first -- which means, soaking them for 15 minutes in an acidic marinade of some sort (in my case, the simple vinaigrette dressing I used). Works for spinach and kale too.

Nice! Probably be really good with some sort of spicy peanut sauce.
 
baby carrots are regular carrots, just whittled into the baby-size shape

I last ate a Pay Day candy bar :|
