old fashioned oatmeal, neatural PB, handful of Kashi protein cereal, and honey... never gets old!

Really awesome smoothie -- swiss chard, avocado, banana, mango. Eaten alongside steel cut oats with almond milk and prunes.

cranberry walnut chicken salad
2 slices american cheese
tomato
red onion
banana pepper
honey mustard
on wheat bread

My "usual" as the sandwich place that I go to calls it. Feels good man, to be a regular.

That sounds like one epic sandwich!

Quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, 2 eggs, onion, sea salt, pepper.

Has anyone else gotten into the habit of standing while eating? I never eat a meal sitting down anymore, unless in social settings. Should I feel weird?

I love anything MILO so I've stocked up on these at work.

Quick an easy for breakfast =D

I don't like to spoil it with yoghurt so I have some Bornhoffen yoghurt separate and a piece of fruit :)

what's in it that makes it taste better? sugar-- if you're lucky. some nasty shit if you're not...

I got into that habit for awhile, but I broke myself of it so I could enjoy my food more. :P

As far as Milo tasting better than regular oats or taking less time: If the only ingredient in Milo is oatmeal, just get normal oatmeal ("rolled oats") and when you bring them home, pop 'em in the blender for a couple whirls. When you go to cook them, they should cook in no time. Or do overnight oatmeal: Whatever liquid you prepare your oats in, soak them in that overnight. They'll be soft by morning.

Last thing I had was barley and black beans. With an orange. :D

Thanks! This is a great thread to read and your posts have been jumping out at me lately; it seems like you've really got the healthy eating thing down (and others too).

Keep it up
