Or skip the rice and use this recipe. I've made it a handful of times with success. They're not firm enough to grill, but they are firm enough to pan fry if you're careful. Also, for a stronger onion flavor, don't pre-sautee them--Just add the raw onions to the other ingredients.

On thread: An apple with a small dollop of sunbutter. I think I'm losing my taste for sunbutter. :(
 
Sweet potato hash with black beans and vegan sausage, alongside a simple green salad with a lemon-dill dressing. Taste-e.
 
a lot of beer + vodka & an egg bagel, natural peanut butter, raisins, honey.

getting paid a lot = getting fucked with friends.
 
hahah... a slightly more healthy breakfast of oatmeal, diced apples, raisins, natural peanut butter, and a cup of oolong tea.
 
Brown Basmati rice, sweet corn, and black-eyed peas cooked with a bouillon cube. (Last two items weren't organic--Corn definitely was.)
 
three scrambled eggs, steamed broccoli, diced potato + some spices... yum
 
half chipotle bowl... lady put a ton of hot sauce on it so my stomach is rumbling.

only way to fix that is to drink beer, right?
 
^ HL is good for a lot more than just this thread. :P

Last had a bunch of steamed vegetables: Brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, yellow pepper, and mushrooms. Basically all the fresh vegetables I have in the fridge. :)
