a giant ass grapefruit, from my parent''s fridge, since I'm home, raiding their cupboards, enjoying the fruits (of their labors), and hopefully stocking up on healthy foods to take back with me to Baldymore.

I've just made a pan of healthy lentil and pumkin soup - mind you I'm drinking a vodka, tequila and coke so ... :D

^^ Can you please teleport me one? Thanks :)

I just had a vanilla cupcake, and it was bloody awesome <3
(not really "Healthy Living"-esque, but it was worth writing home about ;))

Neither? They're basically like a cracker and a cookie put together, but no flavour.

How do I explain what an animal cracker is to someone who's never seen or tasted one? Hahaha. I'm assuming you haven't, that is.

They're kind of dry, crunchy and like a really really thick cracker. They taste like... enriched flour. Which is what most stuff in the US is made of.

Haha no I have not yet had the pleasure of eating these so-called enriched flour cookies :D

The frosted ones have flavor! :P Not to say they're good since they're really not, lol.

On thread: Last had some prunes, raisins, a banana, and some oatmeal cooked in hemp milk. Mmm.

Yes, but the frosted ones are geared to please young children; that's why they are on the bottom shelf. :P

n3o, I'm not sure how to explain it. Come visit the US and buy a couple. Haha, don't gain too much weight, though!

Oatmeal with raisins and homemade peanut butter for breakfast today.

guinness

turkey, brie, sprouts, spicy mustard sandwich on ciabatta, with sweet potato fries, and southwest coleslaw
