@delta_9: Pure salt (NaCl) is most commonly a mineral salt precipitated from an evaporating solution, and the actual salt being inorganic at that. But there are so many salt products on the market, and some are biologically derived or contain organic constituents... a lot of the time, an end-product can be certified organic, if production methods adhere to a certain set of ecological guidelines, and as such, salt can oddly enough be certified organic... So I'm with you, in terms of salt being inorganic, but it's possible to find organic salt on the market, as strange as it may be...

^Please elaborate... I'm curious - do you make a pasty like concoction of oats and pb, eat it as is or make balls and bake 'em? Do you just dump a chunk of some pb in a bowl with oats drenched in milk? The combo sounds tasty, but I'm lost as to the final product...

I make oatmeal a little weird... It's definitely not a pasty-like concoction, lol. I use half the recommended water (one cup oats to one cup water). Bring the water to a boil, add the oats, reduce to a low boil and let it cook for about two minutes (all it takes to soak up the water). I'm then left with a "rather dry" oatmeal. I then add in a dollop of pb or sunbutter. I normally add some sort of fruit, but I'm out.

I made a shake that really hits the g-spot...

Take a large glass, fill one quarter with banana slices (let the glass pack itself with fruit as you slice), another quarter of half a diced avocado, the third quarter with frozen blueberrys, and the last with one side of a diced Ratnagiri mango (Indian), or any other mango, but I like this one for smoothies because of the mild taste. Then fill the gaps with milk (Vanilla soya milk would porobably be deliciosa, I used whole milk), but leave space for the last ingedient, yoghurt. Oh, I also have this really strong ginseng extract, that I put a pinch of in.

Pour the contents of the glass into the blender. Add cane sugar to taste. Blend. Serve. Slurp.

EDIT: for spelling... I'm on a bunch of benzos (diazepam( tight now, so I had to edit more spelling mistakesper (length of writing than I've had to since elementary school. And this was a dsisaster too, and I' won't even bother to fixc it PERIOT
