Two protein shakes!! About to go make a delicious spinach/blueberry/apple smoothie
 
Stir-fry with garlic, onions, mixed vegetables, broccoli, barley, black beans, and red cabbage.

Now that I've figured out how to taste garlic in stir-fries, I won't be repeating garlic with red cabbage, lol.

id go for; barley, lentils, black-beans, pulverized( leeks - cauliflower - finger carrots - chenin blanc - shallot - orange thyme ) veggie-broth, garlic, onion powder, rosemary, celery seed, crushed pepper medley,,,, & w/e else looks good.
& butter.

Dinner: Baked salmon, roasted beets, braised beet greens with garlic, vegetable soup, baby greens salad with walnuts, my standard green/protein smoothie (hemp protein, flax seed, carrot, spinach, kale, ginger, cinnamon, flax oil, coconut milk)
 
Cold one from the fridge.

It's been too long, I think I'm going to have to go on an orange binge now.

^ Ew, oranges. :P It has taken me years to be able to tolerate the smell of citrus again... Still working on the taste... F'ing suboxone.


Mixed vegetables with some broccoli, with brown Basmati rice and black beans. Oh yeah: Threw in a bouillon cube, too. Mmmm.
 
Breakfast (~07:30):
-3.6 mg Buprenorphine*
-1 small Moroccan hash* + Red Dragon skunk* spliff
-2 x double Cortados
-Juice from freshly squeezed Sicilian blood oranges
-Shake (avocado, banana, milk, youghurt naturel*, cane sugar)
-Full grain wheat bun (½ w/ peanut butter & ½ with butter and strawberry jam)

Mood: Slow paced but happy

Lunch (~12:30):
-Homemade humus (boiled chick peas, tahin, juice from 1 squeezed lemon, olive oil, salt*)
-Salad (grated carrots, roasted sunflower seeds, juice from 1 squeezed lemon, olive oil, pepper, salt*)
-Full grain wheat bun
-1 cup Yogi Sweet Chai

Mood: Content

Afternoon (~16:00):
-1 double Cortado
-1 large spliff, same ingredients as earlier

Mood: Sleepy but buzzing

Dinner (~18:30):
-Thai Panang Chicken Curry* with Basmati rice*
-Shake (banana, mixed frozen berries*, soy milk w/ vanilla flavour, cocoa, cane sugar, yoghurt naturel*)
-1 large spliff, same ingredients as earlier

Mood: Very stoned...
