To be honest, my diet has be absolute shit for the past 2 or 3 months. All my food is paid for by my job, so I just eat whatever. Also, I work so hard that anything I eat just turns into muscle or gets burned instantly. I've shed many pounds of fat, and put on a few pounds of muscle in a couple months, but this isn't sustainable. When I'm living in Thailand, it's either going to be all raw, all fresh produce, or all street food. Either way, I'll be doing a lot more sustainable, cardio-based movement, so I'll be feeling better in no time!
