Another midnight,
Clock set back.
Another night,
Sky is jet black.
Smell of ciggerettes,
Weary of no sleep.
Crawl into bed,
Hope to dream deep.
Alone I ponder,
The wonders of life.
Alone I am,
No more towards strife.
Raining drops against my window,
Sadden thumps inside my heart.
Interesting ponders with no one to share,
I am not complete, I'm missing some part.
The pictures now flash,
From face to face.
A smile here,
A form of grace.
I'm always longing,
Sometimes I want her back.
Sometimes I see new ones,
But I mostly lose track.
Such a night of wonder,
To spend all alone.
Gently weeping,
Sighing moan.
Daylight again,
I went through it again.
The last night of the world,
the crumbler of men.
