The Ketamine Vile Debate

-okay so I am trying to win a bet-
the question is: how much (in grams) K is left over from a bottle of Ketaset/Ketlavir/Ketaject if left out in the open (like a large dinner plate) to dry?
Inquiring minds would like to know

You should have aproximately one gram of K with a little bit of cut/preservative that is in the vile with it. It shouldn't be anymore than 1.3 grams.

I think he is reffering to the fact that when they say one vial has 1g of ketamine, they are NOT including the weight of the HCl, and thus a supposed 1g vial of ketamine actually has more than 1g of Ketamine hydrochloride. This is what I hear anyways.
