hey all, I read through the guidelines and this seems ok.
feel free to delete if it's inappropriate.

however,I haven't taken benzos in years before today and I must say,
combined with some kush this really did the trick.
I feel happy and relaxed.
not nervous.
not too lazy.

luckliy I only have a couple more pills,I know they lose effect, but damn...

anyone feel me?
just take a pill, smoke a joint and let life pass you by.

I intend to enjoy this for a little while.
have a good weekend ,everyone.

Abso-fuckin'-lutely.

Though I prefer alprazolam to diazepam-- Valium makes me all tired and stuff, but Xanax seems to give me energy for days until I sit down for a second and wake up 12 hours later. I've been told that's a by-product of my past binges with it but I've always just chalked it up to a paradoxical effect.

While I love benzo's more than any other drug (possibly even weed), I just have to throw out the disclaimer to exercise caution when using them recreationally. It's easy to start abusing the hell out of that class of drugs without even realizing what you're doing until you've run out, and, with regard to benzo' abuse, health and mental complications abound.

Not trying to lecture you, you seem to be doing it right.... I'm just trying my best to placate those bluelighters who've gotten a bit tired of my personality and posting-style on this forum. ;)

Yep I love weed and benzos. Like jibult I prefer alprazolam and temazepam. I'm prescribed temazepam for sleep so other than the sunday day off wake and bake I do my benzo/weed combo a couple hours before bedtime for a great night sleep.

I just remembered I have 10mg of diazepam which wilk be perfect for my footy finals anxiety tonight.

I need benzos for anxiety and I smoke weed. But I don't consider myself "combining" these drugs. I am taking them separately and for different reasons. Regardless if your taking benzos for a high you are very likely to get addicted. And getting off is harder than opiates. Trust me been there with both.

I think benzos almost completely kills the effects of weed. I don't really get high if I have taken a benzo before I smoke. That was one of the main reasons I got off benzos, I was tired of them ruining the effects of all other drugs (benzos just dull everything in my oppinion).

Also yes it does kill that psychadellic "feel" to weed for me a bit. I prefer to not take my benzos until after I wake and bake.

Weed and benzos go great together, although if you have a low cannabis tolerance and are looking to "trip", that might not be the combo for you. Benzos kill any psychedelic trip. Opiates and weed are also incredible.

For some people like me, it's beneficial to dose on some benzos prior to smoking. If I don't I suffer from severe cannabis induced panic attacks that can last for 1-4 hours depending on how potent the buds are. If I take what I normally do just to prevent anxiety, I can smoke without fretting for my heart's safety lol. If I take too much I just end up smoking the whole bag in one sitting and hate myself when I come down :\

I think combining Advil (Ibuprofen) and a joint will do the job even better! It makes you more relaxed, prevents from headaches and doesn't kill the effects. Advil also extends your high. Just take some 10 minutes before lighting up.

If you are getting cannabis induced panic attacks, then you should listen to your body and quit the shit instead of trying to cover up the side effects with benzos. Cannabis is known to cause anxiety as a long term effect. Chances are when you first started smoking dope, you didn't have those negative symptoms.

Surprisingly I actually did experience negative symptoms like that when I started. Yes the panic attacks have gotten worse over time but I had panic attacks a lot when smoking weed even when I started.
