Hey,
Does anyone know the damages of gurning to the jaw muscles and if there permanent. ever since ive started doing md hard my jaw muscles have almost doubled in size. the way i gurn is i bite down on my teeth and therefore my jaw clenches really tight!
Ive always had a defined jaw and it still is but now it looks almost swollen. i dont think its gives justice to my face now because my cheekbones are starting to stick out and my face looks hollow.
I remember the last few times ive rolled, at the end of the night i have felt my jaw/jaw muscles and there rock solid, swollen like a big chunk of meat. when i wake up the next day the muscles have died down, but are bigger than before.
Every time now i roll now my jaw muscle keeps getting bigger. (I roll about 1 every 2 weeks on average sometimes more)
Im planning on stopping rolling now anyway for a long time.
But i was just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience to me and or if anyone knows if the jaw muscles can ever decrease in size.
Cheers guys.
