By viewing and understanding when I rush, panic and worry.

I can calm myself down to rest and digest.

The ego comments but the body acts.

You have seen what true freedom and peace is.

Through acceptance, gratitude and forgiving.

I can thrive and not just survive.

I am able to rest and to live.

Nothing is perfect but neither is it static.

I can focus on what I want.

Not just the confused mistranslations of perception.

I need not rush my love either.

I can learn.

And I will give love and be loved.

I will be free from desire but enjoy it the same as I have seen what I need.

I have fortune far exceeding the transient wealth of man.

To have a home and love, a family to laugh with as a wish rather than a staged pantomime.

I am free from the cruelty and despair.

Pressures lift in view of breath.

Through paper, I can talk to my inner self as a brother and a father.

Without interruptions from the critic within.

This avenue exceeds the barrier, to allow love and internal validation to be free.

With this paper and pen it can readily make sense.

No straining, absence of any held breath or spiralling dismay.

I can talk to myself and be free.

So don’t worry, we are okay.

We demonstrate reserves of strength for any stressor to face.

We understand the tools, task and route.

No longer is there any tyrant to fear.

No slave master with a whip.

instead a warm home, plentiful food and water.

Equipment to express the self and enjoy.

Space to both rest and sleep.

Company through the consent of love.

No feigned obligations

I trust myself, I can now see without worrying how to think.

Can the inner and outer-self be one? Consider the door-a door has two sides an interior side and an outward side. One door, two sides. Humans, on the other hand are more complicated than doors. However, doors come in many shapes and sizes...and strangely doors are made from different materials. Humans may be open-mined or closed-minded, they can have a heart of gold, or they can be cold-hearted or warm-hearted..
What does all of this have to do with the OP? I don't exactly know, but if you apply the principles listed in the first post, you may be surprised to learn whatever you may seek you already have.
