aye good nights kip always sorts me out :), do the multivitamins help much? taking an extended break from uppers since last time it took me ages to sleep even after stupid amounts of benzos, feeling a nice k binge tomorrow though! reet bedtime took those vallies hours ago, peace
 
^^ im not sure if they help much, maybe subconsiously they make you feel like your helping your body which in turn will make you feel better but im sure they can only be good for you. i remember after a two day festival with 8 pip pills, some speed and half a litre of vodka i arrived home and my heart was completly fucked. i was spewing every 2 mins for a couple hours so i decided to take a vitamin pill. i soon started violently being sick again and read the bottle to discover they were out of date 3 years. my sick tasted of battry acid (not that iv eatin that but yenno what i mean) couldnt even smoke weed to comedown because i was that ill. NEVER AGAIN!
 
Well after deciding the pregabalin wasnt doing me any good for anxiety from my doc, i tried a recreational dose, strange that the bad side effects from 150mg go when i take 1gram over an evening, feel great, no shakes or anything, some interesting closed eye visuals too!
 
just hoofed a nice line of k since i cant sleep after mandy, il be back to planet earth in an hour or so. Can feel myself taking off! k-hole time
 
not exactly fucked, but 120mg 4fa kicking in, nice floaty feeling, have one top up lined up (maybe do a line OUCH).

anyone else feel 4-fa is very easy on the body? Hardly a raised heartbeat and no anxiety.
 
hahaha my weekend starts on a Weds...
was gonna be arelaxed night of downers but friends came round so on top the downers started caning the peev vae=pes again, and finished off with some meph,...misis works 5 days so she just had a few drinks and snokes and off to bedbyes

does feel odd starting theweekend on a wednesday...

getting me dog's balls chopped off tmorrow....he's lookin at me funny and swear he's wantinf to say shit....

Smoke some weed, it really helped me. Woke up with some shitty headache though.

got some gorgeous k, a nice bit of acid and loadsa nos and weed plus an orange elephant and 3rd g of mandy...this weekend could take flight seriously!
 
3mg Flunitrazepam, a bong of hash/tobbaco mix and a bit of quality h to top it off. Lowish tolerance is a beautiful thing, I shall sleep most excellently tonight! =D
