I would like to change my username. I tried using the CONTACT US link and I still haven't recieved a response it's been two days. I hate my username and would like it if any of the mods can contact me so that I can give them my request. Thanks.

How can i chance my screen name?

So all you mods and admins could anyone PM me and tell me is this possible and how to do it. I wouldn't want to start a new account.

i know this is a stupid question but how do i change my profile name here on bluelight. i looked on the user control panel and could not find where to change it. please reply back. thank you

Staff and former staff can change their names. Its one of their perks

Also this question would go in Support instead of NMI.
 
I don't believe that. Alasdairm said name changes are not allowed and despite our differences I would believe him if he told me to go outside because it was raining drugs.
 
random name changing is not - and has never been - a staff perk. current staff were offered a one time name change at the same time the crew tag idea was floated.

generally, name changes are not allowed as outlined in the tlb quote above . there have been exceptions to the rule in the past for members whose contribution merited it.

an alternative, given your relatively unknown status on the board, is to simply create a new account with a different name.
