Bought a 'fifth' of vodka,
(+4mg Xanax at midday... maintainin'...)
hit the the at 5ish,
shots,
it's now 9.30,
feel near totally straight,
tempted to use some of my
'used fo-med-purpose only'
alprazolam to see if I can get a reaction.

Otherwise there's not vodka in this vodka.

I'mean I'd already had 5 or 6 beers...

Can' I get more than an hole in my wallet
&
an' anal focus on grammer,
spellin'
& structurin'

More poppy tea today. And I'm sitting on these 3x 25mcg/h mylan fentanyl patches. Trying to figure out the best way to use them. I wonder if ishould just slap one on, or try eating part of one.

Wearing them won't produce much effect, certainly not a "high". If by "eating" you mean swallowing them, don't do that either...poor bioavailability.

Stick one on the inside of your cheek and allow it to absorb through there.

Well I put it on for awhile, the 3/4th that was left that I didn't chew/suck on for awhile. It started to come off so I chewed on half of it, left the last little bit sitting out since I wasn't sure if it was going to be too much or not.

I don't do opiates much, and never had these gay mylan fentanyl patches, so unsure what to do.
 
I'm on my infrequent tweekend tonight. Got my hands on some excellent moist, chunky, translucent methamphetamine hydrochloride crystals earlier today. Over the past 8hrs I have smoked 0.10g, then IVed 0.20g, then smoked another point, then IVed a final 0.25g of said substance. Wwowow...the left side of my chest hurts :\ And I guess I need to clean off teh dried blood that I just noticed on the crook of my left arm. Ohwell...might hit up a rave a bit later (3am currently, rave ends at sun-up)...either that or hunt down some diazepam or alprazolam for the crash since I want to save my remaining 100mg of seroquel as my abort button for a potentially 'abort-worthy' bad-trip.
 
sublingually taken 115mg of valium today, 800mg of tramadol as well as a few cans of bourbon and copius amounts of bongs; the process of comeing down off 2 pills last night;)

540mg DXM taken over the course of 2 hours (Zicam Cough Max), tripping perfectly right now. Talking on AIM and listening to music, high 2nd plateau. Fun times!!

Just railed a line to mix things up a bit. More crystal ftw. 8o Sitting right next to 50units of the same all prepped up in a 28G 1cc spike. It looks awful pretty to me...but a dash of smack would make it gorgeous. You skagmonkeys are slowly eating at me...pretty soon I'll feel compelled to track down a source for H just so I can be a BL-cool-kid if nothing else...
