The Golden Harper for Thee
When I think of those bright eyes
Of fire, and twinkling like a star
Set ablaze by her love of life
Nothing could drench her fire
Nothing to quell her lust
As she fly’s through my mind
I can see blazing light from her star-shrouded eyes
As she set as fire to my heart
Get you to the hillock to gaze at this beauty from afar
As she sweeps down with her amber hued flesh of silky velvet
To caress our shadows and sheath our swords, to stop the blood
When she sings a song of minstrel’s songs of the past
I weep for her sorrow and reap blood for her love
When she sings and I cry for tomorrow I’ll die
In her name, not in vain, I’ll be slain
But I’ll always remain as her true golden Harper
And the true holder of her heart

"Such shouldst be my only joy, to behold thee, but yet mine eyes see the sun and the moon and cannot but
compare them to thee... and thou are the brightest ennobled star of my seeing..."
"Look to find me no more, where silent towers stare down upon the stars, trapped in still pools of dark water..."
"What is this, but the mist-dreams of bold faerie, wherein nothing as it seems and all that one can touch, and
kiss, are but dreams?"
