It's definitely more addictive than booze, in my eyes. I believe it caused my alcohol issue, as I was always looking for the most similar buzz, when I was off G. Booze didn't cut the mustard, hence me drinking loads and developing an issue.

I was trying to go the other way, in retrospect not really a clever move, I had a big enough problem with the booze at it was and knew how addictive GHB / GBL could be.
I guess the addictive nature of it is why it never gut it as a treatment for alcohol dependence, although given they use Benzos now maybe under controlled circumstances it might have some value ?

booze doesnt come close to the nice 'clean' high that Ghb/bdo produces..i wish it did trust me but it doesnt..if i drink tonight, not even getting drunk just buzzed i will feel crappy tomorrow morning, low mood but ghb isnt like that..
those that got addicted to Ghb, were you working at the time?i just would find it hard to dose every 2 hours if im working, busy with life etc etc
