So HGH is not realeased by steroids too?

The way I think about it is if they test for this enzyme / hormone (whatever this HGH is) and an unusually high conentrate is there would they not assume steroid? I dont understand the science behind things enough to understand which is why I ask
 
Just reading this thread makes me think of the foulness of GBL. I finished a 250ml bottle and couldn't imagine touching the stuff again. I was having to mix strong creatine flavouring to the shit just to get it down my neck. I could never really get the dosage right tbh, I'd either feel fucked and non to impressed or unconscious.

Maybe it just isn't for me.

All the Olympic athletes take HGH because its undetectable, your body has natural spikes all the time
 
Quick Question...

Hi there people. My first post.

I've recently gotten into GBL - I find it a nice alternative (and much healthier) to alcohol when chilling out at home watching TV. I've been taking it only on Sat & Sun evenings only, with a week off in between every 2 - 4 weeks, so I would think that tolerance is non-existent.
I think I've found my perfect doseage. I'm pretty much a lightweight when it comes to it. Just over 1ml (usually around 1.1ml - 1.2ml) mixed into orange juice sipped over the course of an hour. Gives me a light happy sociable buzz. I find if I sip it any quicker, it becomes a little more intense for me and I get a little dizzy. Given my weight though (126 lbs), my doseage seems about right from what I've read on the Internet. I once took 1.5ml sipped over an hour, and found it was a little too much for me, and felt like I wanted to lie down, but I stuck with it and that passed after a short while.

The only problem is, I would like the experience to last longer. I find I'm pretty much back to baseline T+2 hours. I've never re-dosed as I didn't want to over-do it and pass out. but I feel that I'm more familiar and comfortable with the effects and would like to try making it last longer. Given the small doseage that I take to get the point I want to get to, and the length of time over which it is consumed, what would be a safe re-dose to keep that same happy buzz going for say another 2 - 4 hours without me becoming dizzy and/or going over the top, and at what point would you say it should be taken?

I thought that if I mix say 0.5ml and sip that over another hour at T+1hr immediately after finishing the initial drink, and repeat at T+2hrs to make the effects last up to 4 hours? Or would that catch up to me and end up being too much?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
 
That sounds OK, but you can make that call. The worst that will happen is you will fall asleep for a bit. Unless you're doing something hazardous, it won't be an issue. I don't really know anybody that sips it over time. People normally just take the whole dose, at once.
 
Well, I tried that on my second time. I did 1ml mixed with orange juice, downed it. The effects came on quite quickly but I found it was just too overwhelming and didn't really enjoy it. I also found the effects wore off a lot quicker.

Maybe I'm just really sensitive to it?
 
I don't find that makes a lot of difference. Different GABA receptors.
 
Yeah, I'm sensitive to alcohol, and really sensitive to caffeine aswell. I'm generally sensitive to any psychoactive substance I've tried.

I think its down to me being skinny.
 
Hi avextracker, and welcome to BL and EADD :).

I agree with Treacle on this - when it comes to GBL, our boy Treac knows his stuff :). I tend to take an initial dose (2ml in my case, but it is very variable from one person to the next) and follow it with about half (or a little less than half) that amount again every hour or so. I find I can stay at a pretty constant level that way for as long as I like.

I would say go with another 0.5 ml an hour or so after your first dose. As Treacle also pointed out - the worst that's likely to happen is that you nod off for a lil while. Also, as you're drinking it over time, you should be able to just stop sipping it if it starts to feel like too much.

GBL doses vary from person to person, and the levels you use aren't that unusual. It has nothing to do with being a "lightweight" - it's just one of the quirks with the stuff. 0.1ml either way can make all the difference :).
 
I know its different receptors but it seems the people who take a lot and have problems are also those who drink a lot to me, im sure we were talking about it a while ago

Thanks for the advice everyone who replied.

This weekend, I'll try around ~0.5ml sipped over each hour after the initial dose of ~1.2ml and see where I end up.
As has been mentioned, as I'm sipping it over time, if it gets too intense - stop!

Easy.

I think that's cleared it all up for me. I'll report back next week with how it went for me :)
 
my ideal dose is ~1.8ml

1.2ml i dont know if i'd feel it.

very dose-responsive, careful! 2ml would have me noddin!

1.7 is my starting, with 1.5 after 90 minutes.

Don't normally do a 3rd dose and I always do it at night time and just go to bed
 
1.8 is perfect for me, sometimes I have 2 but anymore usually leaves me feeling dizzy and wanting to nod out. I don't really ever have more than 2 doses, usually 1.8 followed by another 1 about and hour or more later. Then I'm usually ready to go to bed.

It's totally unrelated. I can drink fucking loads, because I have done for a while. 1.5mls of G will get me fucked. 2mls will knock me out. Everyone is different. It doesn't matter about your size, alcohol use, etc. It's all about how your head is wired.
