I have to agree here, I use it usually between once and 3 or 4 times a week at the most. I often go a few weeks without too obviously. I never use it to get to sleep, or when I wake up. usually never do more then 3.5 in one sitting (in two doses) and I've had zero problems with addiction. I usually make 125ml last a good few months by just treating it with a little caution.
I think most people start to get in to trouble when they use it to get to sleep after a rebound. I find that if I use less than 4ml, I don't get one anyway.
