The former franny fantastic friday thread.

what you got a shovel as well lol I just got reminded by said friend who requires a burning tonight I have a golden ticket so no take away tonight she is doing curry and she is the best curry maker ever she lived in India for about 8 years so I guess thats how she learned to do it so well so cashing in the golden ticket and I think I may make up some witches outfit and make it one of those nights that or jason outfit not sure yet hahaha
 
I've been working at home on a personal project on the computer, at least 10 hours a day, since Saturday. Mostly to prove to everyone that I'm getting close to being well enough to return to work. Starting to burn out a bit now though so I'm going to finish up at 5.30 tonight and then have the weekend off. My cousin and his missus are coming to visit on Sunday. Will be like a proper weekend!

Good luck with your project n hope you enjot the weekend with your cousin n his girlfriend. Pleased to hear you're on the mend n hope you get to go back to work soon. You're a real inspirational to us all, Josh. You could have just wallowed in self-pity after the hell you'd been through n no-one would have blamed you - but you picked yourself up again n are getting back on track. I wish you all the luck in the world with everything. You deserve it!

Nah, the wallowing in self-pity will come once I get my life back on track and realise how worthless it is. At the moment all I can think about is how boring living with my parents is, which is pretty good motivation to get well enough to move out!
 
My mum & male nibling are coming to stay with us for the weekend. So no drugs (unless my mum dishes out the tramadol ;)) and less drinking than usual.

Should be a nice change actually.

Jim Beam for me. Only have the dregs, so I might get a bottle of Dew, but Jim's just over half the price.

Benzos too. That newfangled one, a few clonaz and diclaz for the KO. And if I log into BL / text anybody whose number I have, just politely tell me to fuck off, right?

I don't think there's anything going on beyond that, and if there is, I ain't invited.

Personal question, eh? I'm not an alcoholic.

I'm a heavy drinker, sure. I can stop when I want / need to though. Or occasionally when people I care about ask me to.
