Election 2020 The Final Countdown v. Nov. 3rd

It kinda looks like Trump might not win, at least not based upon electoral votes. If he doesn’t win in PA, WS, MI, AZ or NV he will likely claim voter fraud. This could get tied up in SCOTUS, with its 2 Trump Justices + Coney Barrett. That’s not going to be good for Biden.

Republicans have contested election results before—in Florida, with Bush, the son. I was much younger, but I remember it. They were victorious.

I don't think they'll be officially counted for awhile. PA has 3d after election, another state got 7 or 9d after election, and we have overseas military ballots due 11NOV. Then it can be officially counted...but not decided, as it WILL go to the courts. State courts first, then we'll see which of those go to SCOTUS.

I feel bad so many are flat out assuming ACB is the deciding factor and in the bag for Trump. Yes, he nominated her, but he also nominated Kavenaugh who hasn't been the best loyal friend in return either. I would see all justices, or at least most, NOT playing politics but doing their job honestly and fairly to determine, according to the law, what should be done. I see the fear of SCOTUS from the left as understandable, but less realistic than the fear of voter fraud from the right.

If there's anything I've learned from the past election, it's not to count your chickens until they've hatched... I hope you're right though. There's only a 0.6% lead for Biden with 25% of the votes to be counted in NV still.

I almost agree with you. I think the rights fear of voter fraud is a bad joke.

But I actually agree about scotus. I don't think it's by any means certain that the scotus would back trump on these election issues.

Yes, but I don't think they have a case. I think some lessons were learned from GW Bush vs. Gore. SCOTUS has not decided if they will hear the case and has already said they are not going to expedite any sort of trial as requested by Trump and co, at least with respect to Pennsylvania.
 
If Biden wins, we should throw a party with cocaine and alcohol and other fun drugs!

The Trump voters can sit in the corner by themselves.
