The court has to find in favor of the truth, not along party lines. If nothing was done incorrectly then the courts have to find that the votes count.

Well at least one candidate is showing some grace:

Rapper Kanye West appeared to concede defeat in his long-shot bid to become president of the United States after he failed to muster enough support in the 12 states where his name was on the ballot.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, the hip-hop artist shared on Twitter a photo of himself standing in front of an electoral map, which was accompanied by the caption: “Welp Kanye 2024.”

After several news outlets interpreted West’s “Welp” as an admission of defeat, the entertainer deleted his tweet and reposted the photo again with only the text “Kanye 2024.”

Earlier on Tuesday, West shared several photos and videos chronicling his voting experience in Cody, Wyo. In one of the videos, the music producer and fashion designer can be seen writing in his own name on the ballot and inserting it into the voting machine.

“The first vote of my life,” he wrote in the caption.

West’s name was only on the ballot in 12 states because he missed the summertime filing deadlines for the others.

As of Wednesday morning, West’s tally of votes across those 12 states was 58,647, according to The Associated Press.

At the time of writing, the 43-year-old Grammy winner had so far received the most votes in Tennessee, with 10,216 votes or 0.3 per cent of the vote share in that state.

While West ranked fourth in some states, his percentage of the vote was never more than 0.4.

So I just did some quick napkin math. If all the states trending Red/Blue come to pass, Trump will win Pennsylvania, N. Carolina, Georgia and Alaska, putting him at 267 electoral points. If Biden wins Nevada, Wisconsin and Michigan it will put him at exactly 270 electoral college points. Fucking insanely close, could come down to 3 points.

Trump has zero respect for democracy or the constitutional system of American government.
yep. the trump campaign is now talking about the importance of stopping counting in states where they are ahead and the importance of keeping counting in states where they are trailing.

the stars here are the secretaries of state focused on making sure every legally cast vote is counted accurately.

Always good when states run their own elections, and the AG is more concerned with enforcing the law than playing politics, no?

Pennsylvania AG hit for predicting Trump will lose election before votes even counted

Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, found himself in hot water on social media after claiming that President Trump has lost the ability to win the battleground state, just over 24 hours before the polls close on Election Day.

“If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose,” Shapiro wrote on Twitter. “That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process.”

But Biden will also win Georgia. 286 final electoral votes. There will be nothing left for trump to do.

If It does come down to only 3. Will be interesting.

It is indeed. Everyone should be just as concerned with enforcing the law. I am glad that we have such fine people that have worked so hard in this process to insure every ballot is counted so that it is a proper and fair election with the proper candidate declared president. Wouldn't you want the same? Politics and the law are not mutually exclusive as we all know..... and have seen time and time again.
