Thank you for the kind words summer. Yes, he def like to combo ALOT of things for a long time. Our family is weird, the way our body processing things is so fast, that we have to go to the extreme to get an effect a typical person would. It's almost like an instant tolerance to almost everything, but alcohol.. That still kicks our ass.
My brother hadn't really been seen or heard from in a lil over a week before he went to a friends then 3 days later went to sleep. So god knows how long before that he had been up, meth intake and whatever else he had gotten his hands on. I think a lot of stuff since he trades all his jewelry, cell ect.. I think it was his last 'Yahoo' before going to rehab, wanting to get clean for his daughter and gf.

Woke up with a dislocated shoulder for the second day running after dislocating it really bad on wednesday riding/falling off the ambien walrus. Thank fuck I've been able to squeeze a half decent amount of codeine and dhc out of the relevant sources to deal with the pain, going to have to sleep in a support for a while now though. D'oh!

Was down the hospital at 5.30am this morning getting it x-rayed to check it was back in properly because it didn't feel like I had done it properly compared to usual and they gave me 900mg of codeine which I ate in one go when I got back from town. Did a CWE on 32 paramol a few hours ago to keep me topped up which I'm washing down with a delicious riesling. Playing with fire here though, need to knock the opiates on the head and go back to diclofenac for pain ASAP.
 
I'm a bit worried about you, Owen. I used to take 900mg codeine daily. If I've asked you this before, I apologise but have you tried naproxen? My mam has osteperos n takes naproxen. She doesn't want to take zapain as she thinks she'll get addicted like me (feel a bit guilty over that even though I told her I been addicted due to trying to dull out my intense n negative emotions) point is she has 500mg of naproxen n its good.

Not saying you wouldnt still need an opiate like DHC but you'd need less of it. I'm just concerned that you may become addicted again after you've worked so hard to get off them.

Have they given you any idea as to when they're going to operate so to stop this happening?

Yeah I use diclofenac most of the time which is an NSAID like naproxen or ibuprofen, that stuff just isn't cutting the mustard at the moment though. I literally just dislocated my shoulder again two minutes ago for the fourth time in three days. I've only used opiates on these three days (and for a legitimate reason) other than one session on the gear since I cam off my subby script. Zero desire to go back to using gear but I know the danger codeine causes. I won't be able to get any more meds for a while now though because my GP will only give me 30x30mg a month, and I can't keep on walking in to A+E for meds unless I dislocate it and can't put right myself and have the advanage of shock value.

He said before the end of the year but that looks optimistic.
 
I am so sorry to hear that cat.. I understand all too well the out of socket feeling, with pain, and nothing to elevate it.
I will send positive vibes your way.. Hoping u get surgery soon to help at least with dislocation and to help make sure it's not causing any permanent nerve damage!!!

Is it just me or does this Friday seem... dead? Every other weekend, everyone's out raving 'til 6 but the one night I decide to treat myself, people decide they need sleep... sigh :(

Maybe u or someone can answer my quest. I was prescribed triazolam for a dentist appt. typically they only subscribe 2 for a visit, but they know my anxiety and gave me 6.. What is the typical feeling of something like this.. .25, so not very big??, but 6 instead of 2..
I get super crabby if I have a head change but can't control my brain/consintration. Don't wanna snap at my new dentist.
 
roobear man take the prescribed usual 2. wait for the effects and see where youre at. you can top up with more later if need be.
im notorius for my dentist horror and still need only 1mg alprazolam. and even then im pretty bad with my memory of the appointment. which suits me just fine
