I can't imagine IV'ing anything other than H. So strange to think there are people out there that IV drugs like MDMA and psychedelics. Obviously on one level I can understand why but the I find it hard to comprehend how the stigma attached to needles doesn't act as a major deterrent for people that use soft drugs. I suppose we're only talking about a very small minority.

Yeah they do, branded usually, still, but labelled with ingredients. Although the benzos, pyraz, etiz, are just sold as is.

IV ethylphenidate IMO is up there with charlie when used IV. Shockingly compulsive. Seriously, if you don't want to end up blasting the stuff all day until its gone, several shots in a row, don't go there.

But it DOES make for some nice speedballs when mixed with a good bit of morphine or (/and) oxy. Fucking nice that way, but even more more-ish.

Exactly, you answered your own question. i assume most people that IV MD and other things have previous experience with IVing H, small minority dont. although i dunno, am probably talking bollocks. The thought alone puts me off, let alone the stigma attached. Will never IV anything

Oh I believe it, but I have yet to see it in real life. I have two groups of drug-using friends, one that uses mostly soft drugs (definitely no needles) and others that are addicts. Nobody in the first group would ever even consider IV'ing any drug.

Once I'd gotten over my childhood fondnesses (more or less anyway 8)) I found myself with far, far better drugs and a lingering needkle fixation. Experimentation ensued

Yeah I guess BL isn't an accurate representation of the drug-using population. Mostly more informed than your average drug user.

Yeah your story makes more sense to me, I just couldn't see someone going from taking pills or doing MD to shooting it, without developing a taste for IV heroin or crack. I think heroin is the only drug I'd be comfortable injecting, and even then I'm not too bothered, smoking is good enough for me!

Roughly three years. Nope just codeine in terms of opiates! Went from codeine to smack in the space of a year haha

See now I just can't comprehend how anybody who uses heroin could go back to smoking once they've injected. On the (very) rare occasions I use heroin now it still pains me somewhat to have to smoke it cos I trashed all my veins

My dearly departed had never injected anything before asking if she could try IV MDMA. Obviously she knew I was a bit of a fan but had no IV experience of anything herself prior to that one time. She liked it. Really rather a lot. But was a one-off. She really did like it though

Sounds like a quick progression.. i dabbled on and off with oxy for awhile, thankfully opis arent really my kinda thing.. altho i did get allured into contintually messing around with em despite not overly enjoying it, seems to have a deep grip. over did it a few times and got some reboundy shit, then felt empty afterwards for days. then stopped cos of the cost. bought some H awhile ago when i was spangled, had it sat around for ages then got rid haha

Think the xanax is kicking in... feels pretty nice. Would be nicer with some good old booze

Oh god i forgot about IV MDMA. I've done it once (that i remember), and i'm probably never doing it again because nothing can ever come close to that experience. Is your report quite old? I remember a few years ago reading a report when trying to decide if to do it, but it was described as such a amazing, almost higher level experience so i went ahead :D

That would be the one yes. Fairly sure there weren't any other IV MDMA reports at the time cos seemed to really shock people. Sure there's more now.... not sure that was exactly what I intended but is kinda hard not to gush a bit with something that has quite that effect

That's a very valid point, and largely the reason why I only experimented with the needle a few times. Also it was a bit too intense for me and I quite like the process of smoking it.

Yeah I can safely say I would never be tempted to IV MDMA. Maybe having diabetes which means having to inject myself 5 times a day has taken the shine off needles for me haha

Never managed to get my hands on oxy, in fact I don't know where I'd even begin looking for it, wouldn't pass it if I had the opportunity though. Opiates aren't for everyone - though I do think they're an acquired taste to some extent. Granted some people say they 'fell in love' with opiates the very first time they tried them but I don't think they offer the high that most thrill-seeking recreational drug users are looking for. They're quite dull. Just very safe and very reliable, occasionally blissful.

Yeah quite keen on these xanax, only tried them a few times. Many vallies, clonaz and etiz though. tolerance is still low thankfully despite doing them for quite a few years. been sensible-ish with them

Xanax is gorgeous, one of my favourite drugs actually. Would probably have been able to get a prescription for them had I not been outed as a druggy. My doctor literally said that to me after an SSRI proved to be useless for my anxiety; 'I wouldn't like to prescribe you benzodiazepines given your history.' Silly bitch

Nothing! Just bored out of my tree and absolutely exhausted. I have an exam in a week's time which I really can't afford to fail so I have to be really boring in the meantime. Going to go on a big smack/coke session as soon as it's over though, that's for sure.
