Well this is rubbish, I've got no drugs and have had barely anything to drink. normally takes average 30 mins - one hour for me. but i can also remember sometimes taking >2 hours to come up. you can also sub lingual if you want a slightly faster come up, but i always pref bomb/oral

From what I can gather bouncing off walls and falling down stairs is it's primary effect. Certainly does fuck all to help my sore back - which is what it was meant for......does help you sleep though...as long as you don't have to get up for a pee (cos you will bounce off aforementioned walls and fall down said stairs)
