yes that's a major shame swampy. If I can stay off eBay and Facebook, so can you! The only problem I have is sending fucked emails and texts. I've reined in the texts, still send the odd dodgy email. Even my fucked facebook messages tend to be harmless. I only know one person who can tell I'm on drugs by reading three perfectly well spelled words. And I don't mean "I love you", just any three words.
