You can certainly have a serious habit from smoking.
I've been using more or less continuously since November, with no more than a week between running out and scoring. Thinking I could schedule a sensible taper (which in itself is a myth: discontinuing always hurts, however little you were using before you stopped), but never remembering to account for that urge to chuff down as much as possible in one go because whenever you score, it always looks like a lot at first, and stays that way until you realise too late that it's nearly all gone .....
Anyway, no more for me for at least a month. I'm not putting myself through that again for awhile.
