IMHO/E, a dose of Diclazepam sufficient to adversely affect co-ordination is too much. As a pure anxiolytic, I never really got anything positive from upping the dose far enough to induce a 'benzo wobble'.
3-FPM also wreaks havoc on my balance and co-ordination, so perhaps it's not the benzos.

I actually can't think of anything other than Caffeine. Hmmm, would be great if someone chimes in with a better suggestion than Coffee after a stim-binge..
 
I might be grand, he knows I haven't been well the last few days I've been in. If you've learned that one simple thing, ''It must be that bug that's going around''. There's always a bug going around when you're speaking to Grannies and Mammys alike. At times they discuss with such terrible delight, because it mildly enriches our wee lives. I can't wait to be that acceptably morbid.

EDIT. I should probably actually get to sleep as I'll need to be in the shower in 64 minutes. I might shave a Hitler moustache just so nobody bothers with me.

Being so desperate to avoid human contact that one contemplates a facial hair style synonymous with the biggest tragedy in history does well to sum up the mind after benzos and a stim-binge. =D
 
If I had a well-made glass pipe, like the ones used for Meth, I'd probably use that. High purity 3-FPM freebase is perhaps the easiest drug to vapourise, very low heat is needed and there does not seem to be an intermediate liquid phase, rather the powder sublimes beautifully. So I can imagine a solid blast from a pipe to be incredible, without the ubiquitous wastage when chasing on foil, regardless of technique.
However, glass holds heat infinitely better than foil; and so may combust any 3-FPM left in the bowl after a hit, whereas when chasing, once the flame (lighter, candle, whatever) is removed the tray cools almost instantly so it's pretty easy to avoid pyrolysing your gear.

I will "invest" in a proper pipe soon and compare, for science . ;)

Spent my day Melting the Robot ( ;) ), interspersed with chasing 200mg of H. The combo is good, but sounds better on paper. Stupidly dangerous but; inhaling Fentanyl Citrate and 3-FPM in one breath gives one hell of a rush! 8o

Snorting provides very little return, there's no rush and it's only marginally more potent than oral.

Seriously, vaping is THE most effective ROA, much more potent, an actual rush, and doesn't corrode sensitive membranes.
 
Yeah i should have heeded your warning haha, proper nasty, on par with 4-FA... maybe even worse. Might try smoking this golden beauty in a bit. feeling alright off that 50mg, feels quite smooth.. i like smooth stims. speaking of 4-fa, that stuff used to end up making me jittery, pretty much stopped working in the end
 
At least shovelling the Flouro/Methamps up your nose has some positive return. IME, snorting is actually the least effective ROA - 50mg intranasally is roughly equipotent with 55-60mg orally, and roughly 25mg vaped. There's a reason everyone who has vaped it recommends it, trust me. And it's not just the lack of feeling one's membranes be corroded, be they the delicate tissues of the mouth when used SL/Buccally, the lining of one's nasal cavity or, Heaven forbid, rectal tissues. 8o

It is a very unique combination of smooth, euphoric and messy-mashy stimulation, a very multi-faceted experience. It seems as though there are three distinct phases, or "plateaus" - a smooth, confident stimulation at lower doses, an empathogenic headspace with moderate intensity at a higher dose range and eventually a complete Dopamine flooding, uniquely euphoric and almost overwhelming tweakfest after a certain point.
One of the reasons I love it so much, it is multi-dimensional in a way unlike Coke, Meth or 'Drone.

I have posted at great, stimulant-induced, length about this substance over the last few months. I didn't quite "get it" initially, which I don't seem to be alone in experiencing, but once I gained a better grasp of its character, it quickly earned its place alongside the stimulant "big-boys". It just feels so completely unique in character, I still can't pinpoint exactly what it is that makes the substance, to me at least, so special. For my particular requirements, 3-FPM fits them absolutely perfectly, and with even more on top.

The capacity to switch from "typical stimulant" to an empathogen invoking emotions of a much "purer" character than MDMA, without the forced, artificial feeling of the latter, to a sheer Dopaminergic powerhouse that gives Methamp/4-MAR serious competition - no other psychotropic I've sampled (~80 roughly) has ever been so intriguing.

Watch the booze intake, seriously. The usual stim/alcohol precautions and issues are present, but 3-FPM is unrivalled in its ability to cut through depressants. GABA-ergics at normally KO doses are often not even perceptible when I'm binging, which can lead to ridiculously unsafe practices in an attempt to compensate. Add in that 3-FPM dehydrates the body extremely, whilst the anorectic effects compound the problem by removing all thought of hydration, alcohol could massively accentuate the issue.

Though a beer or two may actually be beneficial, due to the reversal of 3-FPM's impact on ADH - just don't go overboard.

Fuck you lot with your proper drugs. Neither of the things I've been waiting for have turned up (but still might since I don't think the post has actually come yet) SO I'm getting wrecked on neat Jack Daniels at 3pm on a weekday. Shameful.

For all those people that wonder how I mysteriously make enough money to do fuckall for 3 months and buy loads of booze and drugs at the same time I can only tell you it's... magic. If you were as fabulous as me you might get it too.

And that's a quarter of a bottle gone in half an hour, err... fuck saving the rest of next week, there's always more eh ;)
 
Well, things turned out bad but, in a selfish way, quite alright :)

My phone was on its last few licks of charge so my battery died. I had been anticipating this, so I set an alarm on my computer...but left the earphones in the laptop as I was assembling a watching list of porn for over 8 hours last night, while only making it through just over one - I had the exact opposite problem before. It is because of this that I didn't hear the internet alarm.

So aye I woke up at 3pm when he came to my door growling about why I wasn't there. I've never missed a single day of work at the family business due illness or not showing up. It's really annoying when the lame excuses you usually give for being late to work are actually true. He doesn't even need me down at the shop. He just likes to have me there because he's half-deaf just like our customers and it also allows him to smoke 12 cigarettes an hour. I swear to fuck, he'll go open a box of soap and then empty (the basically already empty) the bin at the skip. Any excuse to arse about and not have to be at his own place of work.

I don't blame him though, our customers are those very same socially uninhibited loons who make the daily cycle between the cafe and the bookmakers. From Finchley to Fengcheng, these people are on the lookout for a bargain, the boy that sells cheaps fags, if he's not around then the other boy that sells them. Then, despite proclaiming 'not to suppose it', during the very act of their supposition, they ask if you sell them under the counter. :o

Ah well, no work today, he purposefully rang the woman who works with us, while he was standing with me, and asked her to work my shift tomorrow. Was quite apt that my door was knocked at 3pm because I am still wired to a mars bar :D I will finally get a decent meal here and then tidy up the results of GL being a messy pup;)

The boss has better decide to make peace with me before a certain time tonight otherwise it's another leisurely binge of barely researched nasal necessity.

Sorry for the ramble guys but, aye, I feel very stimulated <3
 
=D It's fair to say the stimulant effects last so long it becomes quite ridiculous by the end of it - if 3-FPM is the sole psychoactive, without any active metabolic products, I will be shocked beyond belief. Though it does bear remembering that the elimination half-life of 3-FPM alone is anywhere from 16-31 hours - so indulging in a gram at 6pm Saturday, there could be ~30mg still floating around your system at 10pm next Saturday, over a week later!
That may help to explain the exorbitant tolerance rise. I can certainly attest to slight but noticeable stimulation 48-72 hours after my last dose, particularly if I've been binging.
 
Dunno what to make of this stuff yet. need to crank up the dose i think. vasoconstriction present in low doses as well, getting reddish hands is shite

How much have you vaped in total? How long between doses?
The VC is prominent early on but oddly doesn't seem to correlate with dose - another odd/unique effect I've noticed. With most stims the PNS effects have an exponential dose-response curve (200mg of Meth seems to induce more than 2x the VC of a 100mg dose, etc.,), whilst the CNS curve is much more linear by comparison. 3-FPM seems to have a ceiling effect in that an initial 100mg is quite PNS-heavy relative to the positive effects, but never actually increases much past that initial point, whilst the positives keep on growing.

EDIT: Vendors; I'm pretty much doing your marketing for you here, you can pay me in more 3-FPM... =D
