I was traditionally a once a week man/boy even before I started on the opiates, it used to be horrific. I remember going through my teenage years basically rammed to the gunwales with shit. I think it had something to do with the speed, amount and viscosity of the food I was swallowing. I didn't chew a great deal in those days, just ate huge chunks. Now I seem to have a regular daily excretion pattern. Usually around 10am precisely, but I haven't really noticed any change in my eating habits.
