Isn't your term "tramps arse cleg" or something regards the taste......wouldn't have thought it would be top notch nasal fodder?
 
Nor is meph or (even more so) 2Cs but people still snort them. Have heard snorting AMT is deeply unpleasant and not especially effective but put a bag of "legal high" in front of your average moron and they seem to snort first and complain later :\
 
Give Mugabe 500mg and see what he gets up to and how many warnings go very much unheeded until we all have to go round to the ward to forcibly remove the rest of his stash:|

All the AMT i've seen has been in freebase form, when smoked it takes on speedier edge
 
Some vendors have recently been selling freebase mislabeled as HCl (they've rectified this now apparently) but I've only heard of freebase being widely available. I prefer smoking it personally as the comeup is only an hour or so and without a hint of nausea so it suits me. Would agree it emphasises the speedier side of it to an extent but it's still plenty euphoric and swirlsome enough for my tastes. Doesn't seem to reduce the duration as much for me as much as Erowid suggests either - still a good 18+ hours :)
 
It's weird smoking something and not coming up immediately from it. Some people I know mix the freebase with an acid (vinegar usually I think) to improve oral absorption but I'm not sure how effective this is.
 
That would convert it to some salt or other (I think) and it's been mentioned in PD a bit. Seems to be mixed opinions on whether it makes any real difference though. Doubt it would help smoking it but maybe for oral or rectal dosing. The delayed onset is indeed odd - apparently even IV it still takes a good while to kick in.
 
I just hit upon a masterplan. I remembered I had a login for a slightly dodgier, invite only bluelight type website which allowed all the bad bad things that bluelight doesn't. This one focused more on "GET YOUR DRUGS, ROLL UP ROLL UP, DRUGS FOR SALE HERE" type shit rather than harm reduction pish. I hadn't really bothered too much with it but was like "AHA, I'd find some cunt flogging AMT on there". So i finally managed to remember the website address etc & jooked on all happy only to find that my login must have expired coz i've no went near it in months.

FUCKING GUTTED lol
 
I'd prefer to have you as my doctor - goodness knows what he thought he was up to with some of those reported 'prescriptions' :\
 
Shambles thanks for the detailed reply, going to try 25mg first.

Problem is I don't know if I have freebase or hcl.
I found a picture comparing the 2 on another site (can I post it?) and it looks just like the freebase, off white and yellowy compared to the bright white hcl.

I prefer plugging to smoking for my first try so does it matter which I have? I guess the freebase will not disolve in water but if dropped onto a couple ml of water and sucked up with a baby syringe it might still work.
Or maybe put the f/b into an empty gel cap.

On a side note, this stuff smells very strong. I had it in 3 zip lock bags and an envelope overnight and the whole place stinks now :)

Freebase works plugged. You can gelcap it or mix with water and use a syringe - probably more effective if you take the latter option. It won't dissolve in water properly but it doesn't matter in this case - just mix it in with 1-2ml of warm water and shove it up yer arse =D

It would be unusual if it were HCl as I'm not aware of it being sold in that form by any vendors. But there's a fair bit of discussion of the different forms and how to convert one to another here :)

And yes, AMT does smell like shit. Quite literally - scatole for your scathole :D
