The EADD a trifle annoyed thread.

A friend of some friends gets creepy when drunk, booze sends him weird, apparently hes alright when sober but cant recall we've spoken much sober... can be a nightmare when hes pissed tho, me and a close girly friend and a couple other friends were out clubbing a few years ago and he came over and started groping her or what i caught a glimpse of from the the other side of the place... then he fucked off, then he came back and apparently did it again, she said she told him to fuck off and came over to me and was like "protect me from that guy hes been grabbing me and stuff every time he comes over" and i was like "i thought something odd was happening," .... me and her went off for a line, came back got some more booze then over he comes again, cant remember what he said but said something then grabbed her, i grabbed him by the neck n came very close to smacking him, skinny cunt, then the bouncers booted me out lol... nevermind shite club anyway

Aye, I'm used to pervy wasted guys, they're usually quite harmless and fun and they've obviously been enjoying the night. It's the ones who are completely sober and uninterested in the music that are the creepy ones. :|

Hate letting people down... and now cos of somebody else i've let somebody down... bollocks
 
I hate letting people down too - more often than not it's because I have been using drugs... moral of that story is...

On another note, I subscribed to iTunes Match because I came very close to losing a fair portion of my music collection, which has happened twice over the past 10 years or so... also was looking forward to upgrading my lower bitrate tracks to the iTunes 256kbps AACs but...

It keeps fucking up on the 3rd part of 'Matching' my library where it is uploading files that aren't available through iTunes... Googled it but not really coming up with much in the way of a fix... one guy said he just had to keep trying & it took him months to upload his whole collection.

Pisses me off that I pay money for a service like that & it doesn't work. :!

I'm trying consolidating my files into the iTunes folders to see if that helps but that now means my PC is lagging like fuck whilst 270gb worth of films, tv programmes & music are copied. :\
 
I guess you want to upload your collection so that it's accessable from anywhere?

I'm much more old school, downloaded a little music years ago and have it all on mp3s which i transfer to mp3 players as and when required, and also it's all backed up on external hard drives, should my computers fail on me, as they frequently do. I cant even turn this current old thing off, as it can take up to 15 attempts to start up 8(

Since 90% of what i want to listen to is also available on youtube, that will do, or for the 10% of stuff that isnt on there because the artist has a bee in their bonnet about copyright i will have to pay for the CD.
 
I wasn't trifingly annoyed a moment ago but now am. Who designed penises? They don't frikkin work properly - tis a ridiculous design. Bastard twin streams. What is that all about? Who designed a urinary orifice that's prone to shoot spays in differing directions simultaneously? Six o'clock low + one o'clock high = just about the worse combo cos if you don't catch your leg you end up pissing on the floor.

Occasional Mrs Shambles noticed this effect on one occasion and decided to forgive all men for pissing on the seat/floor/themselves retroactively after seeing it ain't deliberate it's a pure design fault. Time to mop the floor then I guess :!

If AAC works anything like mp3 then I would not even bother with the 256kbps upgrade mate as that will still sound really flat and cold. Hopefully AAC are better than mp3 as that format was made in the 80's for short sound effects on stone age computers, def not supposed to be used for music -not in this day and age.

hahaha, i took to sitting down on the job whenever possible years ago, due to the unpredictabilty of aiming. 3 o clocks and 6 o clocks are definately the worse. 8( Why stand when you can sit, why sit when you can lye down etc.

yeah the HD quality on youtube is far better than mp3. However since i have lost the batteries for my quality headphones, and they lack power with all other batteries, i cant really tell much difference on £10 sennhesier headphones anyway, both mp3 and you tube HD tracks sound perfectly acceptable.

From what I've read... 256kbps AAC is equivalent to a high quality 320kbps rip.

Now, I say high quality because supposedly a lot of ripped music is of a lower quality than the bitrate given.

Grr, consolidating my library did fuck all... back to the drawing board :X

P.S. - I don't find much music flat & cold at 192kpbs or higher... all you need is a good set of speakers & to use an EQ setting... I use either the Dance or Jazz EQ in iTunes.
 
Every time I've opened my back door to air my house out cos was smoking in the front room last night, my neighbours go outside and smoke. Four times today this has happened.
