You are kidding, right? Your source must be cutting that shit with some ethylphenidate or some shit because the burn from the half dozen or so times I've done 3-FPM has NEVER been as intense of a burn as EPH/EPD ... if ethylphenidate is what you meant.

Love how a morning watching the sunrise suddenly turns into a sunset after fully planning and ready to do least 1 important job for the day. Instead you spent reading random drug patents, synthesis, philosphies and listening to tunes and of course hours making riduclous posts on here. YEOW!!
still havnt tried 3-fpm will soon though have ordered myself so untensils 2 once again purchase goods off the world wide market pplace

Opted for 60-75mg doses on the foil, with the way it runs I can get hours from one beetle.

Mine seems to be particularly clean this time as well - no trace on the foil at all. I really want to sit in the bedroom watching the Mrs wiggle her arse in my face while I toot for England - but the bloody kids are foiling my foil fun...

Right guys, I want to keep this moving forward. Was planning on adding a section on combo's, would love to hear your experiences. I have used 3-FPM fairly safely with a good few harder drugs as my usage overlaps.
Opioids are fine and obviously obnoxiously pleasurable when coming down, benzos obviously are swift provided one consumes a correct dose..
A few others admittedly; Crack about 8h before 3-FPM so I don't really think that counts.
If given the go ahead I can elucidate fully in the extended OP.

Long time lurker. First post!
So feeling like I needed to give my opinion on 3-FPM, and join in with the conversation, I've decided to stop lurking and create an account.
I've been using 3-FPM for a few months. Mainly on the weekend. For the past weeks I've got into a habit of consuming a gram every weekend. Start Saturday evening, and continue without sleep until Monday night.
I use 3-FPM for recreational purposes, and not for functional use at all. When I say recreational, I mean to just hibernate in my room all weekend listening to music and reflecting upon life. Music is a big thing in my life, and I'd be lost without it, Hi-Fi is a great interest to me. 3-FPM really improves deep thought introspection, and self reflection while listening to a wide mix of different genres.
The effects of 3-FPM for me is unlike that of stimulants I've taken in the past. 3-FPM for me acts like a downer, and simply relaxing for 3 days straight is just so amazing. I get no feelings of needing to get up and do tasks, no impulsivity to do anything at all in fact.
I have suffered with social anxiety for most of my life, and the anxiety is completely taken away through the use of this chemical. I can relax, be myself and not worry about the things that are going on around me. I am generally highly introverted, and it feels nice to just zone out of worrying about life for a few days.
I find 3-FPM to be very moreish, and stopping use on Monday ready for work on Tuesday quite difficult.
Side effects generally last about a week, and then use starts again that weekend. Side effects that I've experienced are things such as blurred vision, paresthesia, complete sexual disinterest, cold extremities, insomnia, temperature regulation difficulties, tremor, mydriasis and all of the other usual side effects of CNS altering drugs.
Toward the end of the 3 day excursion, I'm usually in a strange state of very slight confusion (very slight) although completely calm and sane. Usually haven't eaten anything. I always stay hydrated, and try to consume a little sugar. My balance is completely out of sync, and I'm extremely clumsy. Body movements such as walking feels strange, and I most likely look strange. Stringing sentences together is extremely difficult, and much easier to just not speak! I also have a hoarse sound to my voice. Possibly made worse from the singing over the days previous. Singing along to Phil Colins for instance.
The days ahead start off with bouts of irritability, slight derpressed mood but otherwise controllable. Evenings turn into very irritable feelings of needing to move every muscle in my body. Emotions are all over the place, and tears rolling down my face isn't uncommon. Always worse in the evening. Anger is slightly in the background of my mind making itself present, but otherwise fairly benign. These effects are gone by the 2nd day and from there on its just stomach upset, and slightly raised heart rate until maybe Thursday.
I'm a very slim guy, around 9 stone and a bit in weight and around 6ft tall. I've remained at this weight throughout the time I've been taking 3-FPM. I make sure I eat enough during the week
I've never gone for a diagnosis, but I believe I suffer from an overreactive thyroid. Putting weight on is virtually impossible for me. Earlier in life while very young I had a meningitis scare, and a heart murmur was also picked up at the time.
I've done lots of research trauling Google on Phenmetrazine, and it seems a few of the contraindications of the chemical were Hyperthyroidism, and amongst other things such as heart problems.
I understand I may be treading on egg shells with the constant use of 3-FPM, but I haven't felt any issues with my cardiovascular system. Heart rate never becomes a cause for concern. I have seen reports of very similar negative effects explaining the possility of it causing vasculitis. Paresthesia and blurred vision is a dead cert on the possibility of this being accurate.
ROA is always insufflation. I guess I just have an iron nose, as I'm not experiencing any issues. I take precautions with cleaning etc.
The main reason for this post was to let people know about my use of 3-FPM and to talk about its relaxant, non stimulating aspects of effects, and whether or not anyone else is in the same boat. Especially with regards to Hyperthyroidism.
Lots more to say, but I'll end it here! 3-FPM definitely causes OCD as this has taken ages to write on an iPhone!

My experience
Weight 90kg
Regularly smoke weed
MDMA every 6 weeks to 3 months
Have had some issues with amphet and MD 20+ years ago leading to paranoia and delusions.
9 am - take allergy dose a few grains
+ 1.30 - snort 30 mg
Feel an alert stimulation like having several strong coffees. Feel amorous and active, talking more and want to do stuff.
+ 4 - been shopping and still feel residual buzz. Lots of talking to shop keepers and interestingly people appear more open to talk with me. Spend 20 mins listening to a shop keeper about his life without interrupting him. Eat a MC D, I could of not bothered but on eating it I felt hungry
+ 6 snort 30 mg feel immediately and this takes the level back if not higher than the earlier dose. Dancing around the kitchen decide to try alcohol. This seems to work in conjunction increasing the euphoria and activity.
+ 8 vape 15 mg intense
+ 10 friends appear and we all do a 50mg snort. This doesn't take me any higher and the level seems to remain. Continue drinking (by end of experience 3 mid strength larger and a bottle of red wine)
+ 10.30 smoke a strong joint (I have not felt the need or wish to smoke weed all day) this has an immediate effect of adding a trippy feel. Is that lightening outside or a trick of the eye. Watch TV and need to be active reduces. Friends who have been smoking most of the day report feeling very relaxed but stimulated.
+12.30 decamp to friends house to see a video game. Feel wired and a little edgy.
+ 13 3 joints but things are starting to deteriorate in my head. My mind is stuck in loops and starting to imagine paranoid and delusional.
+ 13.30 it's too much I have to get somewhere quiet and chill leave and go home.
+14.30 manage to get the mind back but now feel highly stimulated and starting to get the when will this end feeling. This immediately starts self recrimination loops as I wonder if I've done too much, been sold what I ordered, the old RC question of why I did an unknown chemcial when I have a very good and happy life. Flashes of psychosis paranoia etc very like an amphet binge.
+ 15 try to sleep but brain stuck in the loop.
+ 18 finally fall asleep
4 hrs sleep waking up feeling still very stimulated and feeling the drug still interacting. Paranoia and anxiety levels have reduced but feel like a very bad MD come down.
I spent the rest of the day doing very little. It felt like the hangover from hell. Headache subsided with one paracetamol. The drug seemed to return in surges throughout the day with very intense almost panic attack symptoms. No interest in life or listening / caring about others. Smoke a joint which improves my state of mind. Try a glass of wine which brings on the bad feelings. At one point circa + 23 hrs after last hit I get an unbelievable feeling of panic and anxiety, sweating and dizziness which subsides literally within 1 minute. After which it's like I can feel that was the last trumpet of the drug and I feel the need to crash.
Early night as I feel exhausted sleep 12 hrs straight and wake up to almost baseline and able to rationalise the experience.
Notes - urinating was opposite to predicted. I had or felt the need to frequently go 8 times during the experience, more so when alcohol was taken. Urine was clear and chemical smelling. Have some pain in the kidney area, back of back right side close to waistline. Usually get this from binge alcohol sessions.
Friends who tried but one or two dose no vape no alcohol reported ok and for them fairly enjoyable if not somewhat low key. They described theirs as having 8 cans of red bull.
Summary - for me it seems the after effects of alcohol are increased and my body struggles to process the alcohol whilst 3FPM interacts. Weed adds an initial attractive element but then interacts in a negative way. This one is filed as interesting maybe as a 30mg bump start of day.

10:01: Pour unknown quantity (but it was shitloads) of sparkly powder onto the foil plate I made earlier.
10:01:05: We have ignition!
10:10: Pour out same amount again, as the first dopamine rushes are subsiding.
10:10 - 11:50: Redose, redose, redose..
11:50: Go into town. Feeling in good mood, chatty, yet scatty. Rush round town failing to complete all my tasks as I wanted to redose.
13:00 - 20:00: Next 7 hours spent redosing, downloading porn and fwapping.
20:00: drag myself away from foil and porn for a shower.
20:20: Spread depilatory cream on wife's vag.
20:45: Drop 100mg Viagra then off to bed with wife, weed, porn, booze and foil.
20:45 - 07:00: Vapin' shaggin' pornin' wankin' smokin' suppin'.
07:00: We both finally make a mess of the sheets, and leave the foil alone for an hour to just chill.
08:00: Back on the foil for my morning booster. Log into Blue light, post some drivel.

Secretly wishing the wife would stfu so I can concentrate on posting yet more interminable drivel. Feeling that it's about time to get on the pron again. Must remember to try and drink something other than alcohol at some point, maybe a protein drink. Or, I could always come in my own mouth
