wish i knew how to post these amazing asian drumming ensembles, i was breaking down, i use to go to a cafe where there were drum circles, but mostly the beach, i busted out my djembes , then my congas that have chimes, temple blocks and went all tribal, even my dogs joined in, no one is shaking right now, we needed some wailing and chanting, it had been a few years since i let it all out, now i found me a new antidepressant that works better, drum therapy, only side effect is my hands hurt and i know ill be sore in my shoulders, tomarriooooooooo, boy oh boy i needed that , and ill toughen up if i stay vigilant, anyone feeling blue, get some bongos or any drums, hell pots n pans, coffee cans , even your steering wheel and let it rip, glad to know i still got endorphins, cos honestly wasnt so sure anymore,loving all these videos ty and happy winter solstice(now to find a bassist)
