I know someone who used silk road to get some power buttons sent from the netherlands (Lab tested 200+mg MDMA) PUT THEM IN ME haha, but yeah Got 15 sent over to an empty house with a fake name, but unfortunately his were intercepted but no futher action was taken because the fuzz would have clue who it was intended for. These were much cheaper then Australian prices but I can't go into more detail then that. It's still a risk to use SR, weather or not it is safer or less safe then the black market is anyones guess. Mi

AFAIK silk road is still up and running in full swing. I suggest you read through this whole thread if you're considerring using it though, it does give some pointers and also talks about peoples experiences and busts that have happened.

I only know one person who has used SR and unfortunately his package was intercepted (which contained 15 x 200mg MDMA Powerbuttons from the netherlands) He did however use a fake name and didn't have them posted to his own house so no further action has been taken.

However this means he paid for nothing, having said that these were considerably cheaper then what you would normally find in Aus and he intends to try again, as he believes the overall success rate from his friends who use SR is quite high.

If you do decide to use SR please be careful, which is safer out of the local Black Market and SR Is debatable and I imagine at this point no one can give a sufficient answer.
 
Far out! It just seems too good to be true. There has to be a fool proof way of doing this - just gotta figure it out, and i suppose take some risk. Obviously you would address it to a false name, even if at your own address, and if it got intercepted what evidence would they have that you ordered it?? The cops aren't going to sit and wait for you to check your mailbox in the afternoon, for a gram of coke or whatever?? And you could even perhaps take your envelope inside, write 'return to sender' on it and leave it for a few days??? Or something. <snip>. this is bound to get shut down eventually so i'd like to take advantage now. Haha!

Yes, people do get good quality drugs on SR, and other places via the internet.
SR is a tor page, accessed by tor.
There are others like I2P and Freenet, as well as websites that you could access on your current browser, what you might think of as 'the internet'
It is very easy to find the SR 'id', and please be aware of the possible, very real legal ramifications of subsequent actions.
This is a HR site, so I must urge you not to be stupid ;)
 
^ (WarChild) This is getting too close to advice on how to import which we don't allow. I wont unapprove that post because similar things have been said throughout the thread, but please let this avenue of discussion end here :)
 
Yeah no worries thats fine... i can figure out the specifics on my own. Despite being a long term BL user this was under my radar until a mate said thats where he got his gear from. Took a day and him showing me some evidence before i believed he wasn't taking the piss!! But i have a work profession that would be written off if i got a criminal record, so i probably won't try it. Just curious (i think. haha)

Of course people have been arrested for ordering off SR, and this includes buyers and vendors.

Also If you think your just going to order willy nillly and get high grade MDMA, cocaine and so forth, think again. If you read the SR forum you will see multiple accounts of people either being selectively scammed or customs confiscating the items, I personally think its a bit of both but I customs are flagging countries such as the Netherlands obviously, but also when customs intercept a package from a certain area, they then watch packages more closely from that location. Also vendors are now refusing to ship to Australia because of the high number of packages not arriving. If you read the SR forums you will see the extent of the problems Aussies face.

So all in all SR is not the Charlie and the chocolate factory it used to be for Aussies, the loss rate now seems to be higher than 50%.

And for those screaming for this thread to be closed down (yes I was one of them) Its WAY too late to keep the cat in the bag and BL is only small in terms of where SR is openly "advertised", its in the news all the time.

I will reiterate again, I do not buy anything from SR and personally dont like the place, I do though, find the whole SR phenomenon fascinating and worthy of being discussed.

Would that be for people ordering OS tho? I imagine or would hope people who are ordering from OZ sellers are getting a higher success rate than 50%? But i wouldn't have the faintest really, i haven't heard much in the media recently as far as SR goes, except for the stuff you have been posting.

yes, poledriver thats from ordering OS, the local vendors are obviously more expensive than OS, and to be honest they seem more expensive than most street dealers but possibly higher quality.
 
Here's an interesting question, one that may or may not be allowed since it's bordering on the question of legality as far as many of these vendors go.

It seems a lot of people are getting involved in the RC market. Many of these vendors seem to be a single entity, ordering large quantities, then shipping domestically. Definitely a means of making money on the side. However, what is the legality of this? Technically these substances are not illegal, nor are they sold for human consumption, so from a legal standpoint it seems the vendor is in the clear, unless of course they are knowingly breaking these rules and sell to a customer who is clearly using for personal consumption.

So, with that asked, what's to stop anyone from ordering large quantities of a legal RC and shipping domestically. It's incredibly easy to start up, but despite it's quick start up time, what are the possible risks from a legal stand point? I honestly can't see what one would be charged with if caught, after all it's technically a legal business, is it not? Perhaps not 100% legal, but certainly not against any laws.
 
Well seeing as you're in AusDD, the substances in question are illegal.
Don't know anything about American federal and state laws regarding x substance so I can't be of assistance there.

australian RC vendors are either quickly shut down by LE or they are scammers.
it's an interesting question for sure, but not one we can offer much insight into as our analogue legislation is so broad that an enormous amount of chemicals (household, industrial, etc - of no use to recreational drug users) could be defined an analogue of an illicit drug.
it seems (from my poorly researched POV) that research chem charges have (so far) mainly been pursued in cases of trafficking or possession/importation with intent.
the laws are too vague and complicated for small time users (as is my understanding) but there have been legal issues for people importing wholesale or dealing RCs (be it in good faith or passing bullshit off as 'ecstasy' etc
this question would be more pertinent in other countries which i don't think are necessary to name, but i find it interesting too.
we're a draconian, waterbound penal settlement, if it so much as pretends to be a drug, you won't last long openly selling research chems too long without a knock/kick/battering ram on the front door.
even above-board ethnobotanical companies experience the indignity of police harassment here. it's a disgrace, really - but australians don't have a reputation for moderation or responsible drug use, so perhaps it is best that only committed/informed/brave/careless people import grey-market substances.
too dangerous for the general populous, in this country anyway.

Do'h! I really gotta start paying attention to what section I'm in. I tend to click on "What's new" and simply go into what threads sound interesting without looking at what section they are in. My bad! lol.

Quality on SR even from local vendors is often dodgy at best. Never ordered from SR myself but now some people who have and they get a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to quality. An example was someone ordering amphetamine sulphate only to find that they had received a bag of cornflour with a few droplets of speed goo in the mix for flavour. I've also seen speed goo with non-polar solvent eating through the bag being sold as ice "on the street" :X... On occasion I have had the opportunity to sample some of the better purchases through these people and can say that some of the product is quality but from what I understand the price is often very high compared to "street" prices.
Oh and for the yank: if the feds decide they want to nail your balls to a wall for importing RC's they will cause you have a federal analouge law. The only thing that prevents an instant prison term is the "not for human consumption" that effectivly makes the unlisted substance legal to possess/sell/buy but the moment it's injested it's a felony offence. The feds only need to prove that the RC's being sold were used for human consumption or intended for such use and then you can taste the metal bars against your teeth as your poo shoot gets pounded by the local bobcat and his mates.
