^with analogues in the US i believe that 'human consumption' is the sticking point. without it, you could get busted for all sorts of substances that resemble the molecules of illegal drugs.
a bunch of people/sites went down for this a few months ago. unscheduled drugs aren't illegal until there is evidence people use them for drug kicks, apparently. you'll notice it in the terms and conditions of any 'legit' RC vendor site.

While that may be true, the poster I replied to has been posting in AusDD and seeing as this is AusDD I'm referring to Australian legislation.

i was responding to the guy from the states who asked how these things are able to operate.
i don't know what you think i'm referring to, but the question can't really be answered by australians, because there are not (to my knowledge) any proper companies that operate here selling research chemicals. we got some shonky "herbal" joints, and maybe some small-timers that i'm not aware of, but nothing like the big vendors that operate in other countries.
even a ethnobotanical vendor got raided last week, right?
so therefore, it's not applicable because RC vendors don't openly operate in this country. not like the US, canada or the UK, for example.

About 3 weeks ago now. Supposed MDMA raid because the shop associated sold the same colour and size empty gel caps that were seized at an event containing MDMA. They obviously turned up nothing as there was never anything there to begin with.
The same caps are readily available to be bought overseas.

^ I'm not going to get into conspiracy shit, but the very real technological possibilities at this point in time are pretty fucking daunting.
Recently (sort of, within this year) some parliament guy was asked about this tracking software and yada yada and they said no comment or something well they didn't say no.
They still can't sort through all the mail just yet, if only for a lack of utilising the available resources.

you seem pretty well acquainted with pretty much every research chemical to hit the market though...i'm just curious as to the difference in your opinion?
i mean, if we were to take analogue laws at face value...is there really a difference? beyond the 'no legal precedent' thing, i mean.

In some ways dealing with a 'connect' is just as dangerous, they can get monitored, raided, home invaded etc. More people get busted via getting pulled over and searched than SR in the media, or via a search warrant and being informed or ratted on etc. So in some ways ordering from SR via trusted local sellers seems just as safe, if not more so, you dont have to meet people face to face and 'exchange' which could always be monitored etc.
You think some dude living out on a cattle station who wants to go tripping has many options for 'connects'? and so on...
The mail seems a pretty safe bet in some ways, unless you are ordering from OS and larger amounts etc. So many people seem to be using it from what I read a few times on the forums and I'm not reading of very many busts, except the ones where people are importing large amounts from mostly flagged countries. But that was happening long before SR came along also.

AS13, if I recall correctly, you were the one pimping out that Australian RC website like every second post a while back. And now you say you never touch this shit or order online stuff etc??? Bit of a hypocrite don't you think ????? How is orderring from SR any different from orderring from that website you were promoting? If anything, SR is more safe and cheaper and better than that website.

He admitted that he was actually associated with them after he did all the promotion for them. I don't know why he wasn't banned for doing all of that.
He seems to be a different person though these days and I haven't had any issues with his posts since then.
There are still a lot of people chasing his associates for a lot of money from that scam site.

Yes, true (albeit a LONG time ago). Once you play around with RCs and the like, and after you get scammed and sent dodgy product from china or wherever it's made, your opinion changes. Is the world that centered on computers that people prefer to sit at home, use, and risk importation charges?

As am I. I have lost unheard of amounts of money due to those people (which will remain nameless, fir now). Once you deal with certain types of people, and see certain parts of "life" not many people see, your opinion changes. I just personally feel ordering anything to do with legal or illegal drugs online is one hell of a risk, and more often than not, a risk so many take with a very undesirable outcome.

I just PERSONALLY would not take a risk of say, ordering a gram of shard from QLD to be sent via post to SYD. I wouldn't even entertain the idea of importing a g of anything.
Also, yes, I know and again have used my fair share of RCs. I have sound all of them a bastard child of their parents whom they try to mimick, mostly quite poorly.
Just be safe people. That's my point really.
