The drug bullshit thread

My friend thought bong water could get you really high, so nearing the end of a sesh with the bong, he downed the water. A lot of puking ensued. I was crying with laughter.

We paid this dickhead that i know one pound to drink the bong water because he thought he was so hard! Such a prick!
 
Many litres of bongwater have been spilled on my rugs, but never would it go in my mouth...egads.

I remember hearing the story on this (probably on QI the font of such info) they used antibiotics to treat syphilis and to try and stop the spread by further drunken sex they told patients not to drink.

I believe there is one or 2 anti biotics where drinking is actually a problem
 
yeay metronidazole is one, and there's another too.

My missis came back from the doctors a couple of weeks ago with some amoxycillin for a chest infection, and "strict" instructions not to drink. I told her it was a myth. She decided to believe my word against the doc's.

Not that she puts much store in my words, just that believing me over the doc meant she could drink.

I read on some website that the new dangerous drug "molly" is a pill containing meth, cocaine, research chemicals and heroin (or something like that)

Years ago my mam went out drinking on flagyl - she was on it for a tooth abscess and didn't realise it'd react so badly - and she apparently went bananas, fell out with one of her oldest friends and they never really spoke since. She doesn't really remember what happened, had to be told about it after, sounds sort of like the blackouts you get from mixing benzos and alcohol to hear her tell it.
